While touring Arezzo's historic center, we came across this sign promoting authentic Tuscan schiacciata. We browsed the various types and found one that particularly appealed to us, with olives, hummus, sautéed spinach, and cherry tomatoes. It was truly delicious. The only downside, perhaps the time of day, was that there were no seats except for a bench in front.

Excellent Tuscan schiacciata with local and international ingredients. The employee who served us was very kind and encouraged us to order a second round. There's no inside space, but they have tables with stools in the piazza.
