05/03/2025: You should definitely try the pistachio flavor. If you like cinnamon, I recommend the cinnamon flavor. It's a gelato flavor that focuses on the original flavor of the ingredients. I think some people may like it or not.

26/02/2025: A secluded place, very well looked after and enhanced by Giulia, who serves and always advises with a smile and also by the chef, who also comes between the tables.
The food and matching wines are decidedly high quality, but it is not a place just for snobbish people, on the contrary, you don't feel out of place even if you are "normal". 10.
04/02/2025: Super location but it's just the beginning of a wonderful experience, a well-crafted menu as well as the dishes served.
The gem is certainly the service managed by Giulia, a very young girl who first in Pistoia and then in Prato has demonstrated excellent skills.
A tip for anyone who decides to go: use the glass pairing with the tasting suggested by the chef!

21/12/2024: Siamo tornati al Care Diem a provare la nuova gestione, è stata una bellissima sorpresa, abbiamo mangiato veramente molto bene, tagliolini al tartufo veramente sopraffini, una rarità in zona, servizio attendo e gentile, dall'antipasto al dolce tutto buonissimo, e il menu' è veramente interessante. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezzionale. Super consigliato.

21/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il mio compleanno, siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti dalla selezione della materia prima , freschissima ed ottima che dal servizio , attento e gentile , sempre pronto alle varie richieste . Lo consigliamo vivamente e torneremo sicuramente.
02/03/2025: A pleasant discovery! The room is elegant and spacious, and we were impressed by every dish we tasted, in particular the cooked gota tacos and the polenta with octopus. The ever-expanding selection of wines and the off-menu proposals of the day are also excellent. We will definitely be back to try other specialties!

31/03/2025: Degustazione STELLA...RE! Piatti eccellentemente preparati e presentati da uno Chef capace, evidentemente coadiuvato da una brigata che lo segue meticolosamente. Grande tecnica e contestualmente semplicità balzano agli occhi ed al palato. Personale di sala attento, preparato ed estremamente professionale. Una sosta che merita il giusto riconoscimento tanto dagli avventori, dai commensali quanto degli addetti al settore. Complimenti bravissimi TUTTI.

08/03/2025: We discovered this place by chance. Paccheri nduja, spinach ricotta cannelloni, fried chicken and devilled chicken (amazing). Generous portions and very appetizing. Fast and friendly service.
07/03/2025: Simply a pleasant surprise at dinner. An unplanned dinner for two. Parmesan, grilled chicken, potatoes and Sicilian caponata.
All very good and very kind service.
We are teetotallers but those who dine on wine have a wide choice.

04/04/2025: A great discovery!!!! It had been recommended to me by an environmental expert, my trusted butcher, and therefore I already knew that it would not disappoint us!!! But it exceeded expectations..
We went to eat the sheep, which I must say was EXCELLENT!!!😋😋😋
but also the rest very good!!..
My colleague in his personal ranking put him in second place... after Tullio!!!

23/03/2025: Very nice and friendly staff that really like doing their job! They speak English fluently.
The menus are in Italian and English and if you have questions, the waiter will answer them.
The location is less than 2 min away from the Piazza Antelminelli in a small, quiet alley.
The food was very delicious and the order didn't take long.
If you visit Lucca, you have to go to this restaurant!
