Gorgeous little restaurant with great service. I had the vegetable pie with cheese fondue which was incredible. I went back in the evening for dinner to find that they were closed. I’d highly recommend.

Found by chance while wandering around Lucca, This restaurant impressed us very positively. Exquisite and delicate food. Ravioli with truffle and wild boar ragout. Splendid. Delicious rosticciana. And even fried artichokes. Excellent service. A wide range of wines positioned on the walls to accompany a simple and quick lunch to remember. The kindness and friendliness of the owner captivated us. Prices more than honest. Heartfelt congratulations.

A corner of Tuscan delicacies, sublime cheeses and cured meats to be savored. Homemade tortelli, wild boar ragù to remember. The second courses are tasty and delicate. Excellent choice of wines also in miniature format. the restaurant has both outdoor tables in the alley and rooms on the upper floor capable of accommodating large tables. Last but not least, compliments go to the impeccable service; attentive and very kind.

Ate very well! Prepared and available for gluten-free, soup recommended. Appetizers, first courses with gluten-free pasta that can be combined with all the sauces and second courses are also available. They are not certified but attentive and prepared for every need

All very good, the only negative note was the wine and it arrived with the second course

La pasta fresca è fatta da loro, se gradite il tartufo consiglio I tortelli di burrata al tartufo ,antipasti sfiziosi e curati, buona varietà di dolci. Down an alleyway off the Piazza Anfiteatro (right where Rick always says to look), we stumbled on this absolute gem of a restaurant. Mostly outdoor seating, Mamma is in the kitchen, and everything that comes out of it is delicious. We started with the fried zucchini and its flowers, the lightest tempura treatment lending crunch to every bite. The seasonal porcini mushrooms were presented the same way. Pastas all looked good but we went right for the meat: a duck breast perfectly pink inside with a pile of gently caramelized onions that brought out the sweetness; and a fabulous steak, tender and juicy rare, topped with a generous portion of shredded truffles, coarse salt, and some mystery ingredient that took it to another level. We chose a local wine by Lippo that was great with everything as well as being quite inexpensive. If you’re in Lucca, don’t miss this place—BEST meal of our trip!
