09/08/2025: Excellent pizza in the old town square. Rita, who runs it with her daughter Angela, is truly delightful and very attentive to their customers' needs. Must try.

26/11/2025: Excellent Sicilian home cooking, everything fresh and delicious. Mother and son behind the counter, very friendly and efficient. The clientele appreciates the offerings; doctors, tradesmen, housewives, etc., all are represented.

10/11/2025: Today I arrived for 3 euros of CROCCHĖ they tell me with 3.20 euros that makes 8 😬 are you kidding? I mean Giovengooo uhhhh best chip shops in Palermo 10. 20 cents Max.. You should eat in a restaurant

21/10/2025: The food is truly delicious, the staff is extremely kind, fast, and available to meet customers' needs. It has a large parking lot, and the restaurant is divided into two wings: one has very large rooms that can also be used for larger parties. I highly recommend going there, especially for the quality of the food! (Attached are photos of a plate of pasta with pistachios and speck, and the other with mussels and clams.)

19/12/2025: I don't live far away, but I didn't know you. Yesterday at a friend's house we decided to order takeout from Efes. I should point out that I don't digest pizza well, but I love it, so I often order a Margherita. Haha. Delicious. You can tell it's made in a wood-fired oven, but besides being delicious (and I waited until the next day to write this), it's perfectly digestible. Not 5, but 10 stars. EFES, from now on I'll only order pizza from you. I also ordered a taco menu. Not knowing, I asked for "best seller" because I didn't know what kind of tacos they had, and I have to say, that was pretty good too. A massive order, cooked in record time, and above all, very good, fair prices (Margherita + taco menu €14). If you had 5-star fries, you'd deserve a Michelin star. 🤣

15/10/2025: Very friendly staff. The food was also delicious. One minor drawback was that we hadn't finished our appetizer yet, and they were already at our table with the main course. Otherwise, we had a lovely evening. Fast service.

27/11/2025: This evening I ate a Margherita pizza, a great pizza, good, good, good. The dough, the cooking, the flavor... a perfect combination🥰. I wanted and should have added a photo of the pizza, but I didn't have time. It disappeared😋😋😋😋. To be repeated

22/11/2025: Negative reviews are as welcome as positive ones. But complaining about the length of a dish or a pizza seems absurd to me. Normally, an evening at a restaurant doesn't last less than 2 hours. Otherwise, stay home, especially if you're going out with other people. It's disrespectful to other diners who want to spend a carefree evening with friends. As far as I'm concerned, Calajo's pizza is delicious, as are the lunches and dinners. Excellent value for money. Friendly, professional service. The owner can only give a negative review if they don't know him. Those who know him know what kind of person he is. Then, as I said, reviews can be positive or negative, and that's fair enough. But we only give reviews if there's genuine negativity. We don't give negative publicity to a restaurant run by serious people who do their job well and respect their customers.

29/08/2025: I personally often go for half a chicken 🐔 and I'm sure they'll remember it as soon as they read the review. The chicken is delicious, the owner is super nice, the fries are lovely and crispy, and the mignon is really good. I also met his son, and we chatted because he also owns a beautiful KAWASAKI. GREETINGS TO ALL THE STAFF, see you soon for another delicious half a chicken 😂

21/11/2025: I was in Sicily this summer and could have taken the whole shop with me!! Everything was delicious... starting with the cannoli, arancini, pizzas, calzones, and various biscuits. Compliments to the owners. I highly recommend this wonderful bakery.

10/03/2026: Very tasty pastries, both sweet and savory. The coffee was excellent and the service was very friendly. A very nice gentleman who speaks English helped us with the order. Mostly locals eat here. It’s an authentic pasticceria with its own unique atmosphere and charm. Highly recommended.

12/01/2026: A typical Italian coffee bar, frequented by many locals. Cappuccino and cornetto for breakfast, arancina or pasta al forno for lunch, and later a drink and a pizzetta: you're in good hands here at any time of day. Everyone is friendly, all the food and drinks are appetizing and high-quality. And the prices are really fair.

18/01/2026: The bar boasts many years and a lot of experience, its own production and good products, but the service is a shame, perhaps because it was the Christmas period and there wasn't much attention either to the customers or to the aesthetics of the place.

01/01/2026: Lunch, January 1, 2026 Godiva has an excellent reputation for its creative food and flavorful dishes. Compagnia della Vela with Catering, Godiva Restaurant, confirms the excellent lunch, expertly executed by the staff. The appetizers were excellent, with excellent presentation and flavor, and the arancina and mussels were sublime. First courses: Rice flan with a pea and shrimp sauce was excellent. Ravioli with swordfish roe and clams were excellent. Perfectly cooked. Despite the crowds. The main course was equally delicious. To end the lunch, an excellent cheesecake. 10/11/2025: Beautiful terrace, but the food arrived cold and the kitchen was painfully slow (45 minutes for appetizers). Only two waiters for 40 customers. Reheated plates in the microwave when sent back. Very disappointing.

11/10/2025: The restaurant's beautiful location with a view, medium-high prices, good food. The service was fairly quick. The cover charge was expensive.
