11/08/2026: A lovely spot, located on a typical Palermo square! At first glance, you think it's going to be a nice experience, but unfortunately, the service is really disappointing. I even made the effort to speak Italian, but I barely received a response, whether when placing my order or asking where I could sit. The welcome is clearly lacking, and the customer service is disastrous. On the food side, the pizza and caponata were delicious. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant and could really offer a great experience. The welcome and service leave much to be desired... they definitely need improvement!
