28/09/2025: The pastries are good, but I must unfortunately report some unprofessional behavior from some of the employees. They get too familiar with customers, using an overly informal and, at times, intrusive tone. I understand the desire to create a friendly atmosphere, but there should be more respect for customers' personal space and privacy. A little more discretion and professionalism would certainly improve the overall experience.
28/08/2025: A small pastry shop with a few outdoor tables and too many good things inside. A cute girl looked at me and disappeared. I was thinking of leaving, a little disappointed, but I realized she was the only one running the entire bar. In the end, she came back smiling, and I even forgave her nose piercing. I drank a coffee and ate an incredible slice of pizza. At the end, the gorgeous girl gave me a small brittle with pistachio, and I was enchanted. The brittle was worth stopping right there in front of the Madonie Park Authority, and brittle after brittle, take over the bar and start again from there. She is truly beautiful, kind, and polite. Worth the trip from Rome.

05/11/2025: Convenient location, excellent food and service. It's a shame there's a really annoying person in the parking lot who follows you around and demands money as if the owners had permission to be there. He's very recognizable, with a huge belly and a money pouch. It's a real shame.
30/09/2025: Terrible deli, and it's strange because I've been having breakfast here for years. There were two of us, and both pieces had something strange inside, dry as if they were old. When we mentioned it to the guy, he said he didn't know when they were baked. Whoa!

10/10/2025: Granita was on my list — and what can I say… maybe the combo of brioche and gelato just isn’t for me.
The ice cream was amazing, but the brioche — not so much.
If I came back, I’d definitely go for just the pistachio gelato.

21/11/2025: Typical Irish place, with a wide selection of good beers, very good and tasty food, we had the sausage with the fondue which was very good, the Irish beef with the mashed potatoes which was very tasty on the palate, everything was very good and then the kindness of Mattia who explains and recommends the dishes makes everything perfect, in addition to listening to good music

24/10/2025: At Villahermosa Café Bistrot, we enjoyed a simple but impeccable breakfast: a creamy cappuccino, intense espresso, and a tender, freshly made brioche, perfect for a relaxing start to the day.
The service was prompt and friendly, and the place has a modern, clean, and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for both a quick coffee and a relaxed conversation.
A fine example of a contemporary Palermo café, where the quality of the coffee and the service make the difference.

01/12/2025: We ordered the daily special, tuna pasta, thinking we couldn't be disappointed, but it was expensive (€20 per dish), there was very little tuna, and it was mostly fat. Not recommended, despite the very friendly waiters and the attractive presentation of the dish.

24/11/2025: The pizza was simply perfect: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and above all, incredibly digestible! It melted in your mouth, a sign of a long leavening process.
24/08/2025: We were looking for a quiet place away from the chaos and found it in Montelepre, at the Candela brothers' Original Pizza. Excellent wood-fired pizzas, truly delicious burgers and kebabs, and fast and attentive service: even though we ordered different items, everything arrived together. A lovely surprise, we really enjoyed it! Everything was prepared with care and excellent ingredients.

30/11/2025: We tried 4 ramen places in the neighborhood (Pot Cucina, Ho Ramen, Wencheng Ramen, and Wen Cheng La Mian). Pot Cucina was the favorite because it had the best broth and solid pork, even though it was almost the most expensive.
