14/06/2025: apres 45 minutes d'attentes et malgré 2 rappels, personnes n'est venu prendre la commande . une personne pour plus de 70 tables s'en occupe .pas sérieux ni respectueux

30/05/2025: A place with exquisite food and quality ingredients (even delicious pizzas with whole wheat dough). Very kind and young staff. The only flaw was the waiting time to order, so in my opinion you should get more staff to take orders. Other than that, everything is EXCELLENT

16/06/2025: I went to this place for a pizza tour and the pizzas were good but they lacked the toppings which were concentrated only in the center of the pizza leaving large edges.

12/06/2025: I give 2 stars only because the location is nice and the girl in charge of the children's play area was very professional! Pizzas are nothing special, I expected more. The worst thing by far is the table service. All young waiters with no one following them and telling them what to do. Everyone was also traveling empty-handed for their own business. I asked for napkins and after 3 requests they arrived (about 10 minutes). I asked for a beer and after 3 requests (15 minutes) it arrived. Given the influx of seats in the room, I recommend that the owner hire a meter so as to assign roles to the boys. Not everyone can do everything, it creates chaos! We need waiting staff in the kitchen, in the pizzeria, at the refrigerators, at the clearing of tables, to take orders, to dry glasses and cutlery! Everyone without a specific role only creates confusion and doesn't even learn to work. And it was Wednesday. I don't dare to think what will happen on Saturday ... total chaos! Then you decide

29/06/2025: Given the reviews we expected something better, at 10 on Monday there were two types of croissant left, the cassata was not bad but it was quite frozen inside and the brioche gave the impression of being packaged. Granita €5, cappuccino €3, brioche €1.5 and croissant €2.7, so prices not very low compared to other bars.

Typical Sicilian appetizers soaked in oil and salt concentrates. I'm sorry to have to write that the service also leaves something to be desired: we had to beg for napkins and 5 were brought (when we were six). I wouldn't go back…

27/10/2024: If I could give 0 stars I would. We came when they opened and already the waiter looked annoyed that he had costumers, because he preferred to sit with his friends and smoke. We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of them were pretty soggy especially the ricotta one was swimming in ricotta water. It was disappointing because the pizzas were expensive and we followed the waiter recommendations. The service was non existent, he didn’t ask us if the food was good so we didn’t had the chance to send it back. He only bothered to show again to clear the plates and give us the check. When we got the check we saw that he over charged us for 2 items from the menu as well. To summarize very bad service, expensive pizzas that does not worth your money.

22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! Grazie ancora al proprietario gentilissimo! A presto

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️. 08/05/2025: Renovated environment, large and bright modern interiors in the entertainment area, small rustic and welcoming environment in the entrance area. Already appreciated previously with pizza both to take away and consumed on site and the farmhouse menu. A positive surprise for my son's communion, where the area surrounding the swimming pool was renovated and decorated with colorful flower hedges. Perfect lunch, attentive and helpful staff. A personal thank you to Mr. Riccardo who, in responding to one of our unexpected events, proved to be a person of great humanity as well as an excellent restaurateur, this makes the difference between one place and another. I would like to point out that there were three communions at the same time without creating any difficulties and I am extending the time. Excellent fish-based menu, flavors and cleanliness at its best.

02/06/2025: I was with my parents to eat pizza which was good, but the request was not satisfied as they told us that they did not use fresh tomato for pizza I strongly recommend you to use fresh products for pizza especially tomato because not everyone can eat the one from the can being allergic or intolerant. Service to be reviewed a bit, apart from bringing drinks and pizzas to the table no one showed up to ask if we needed anything or if everything was ok. To be improved.

25/05/2025: Unfortunately we took the pizzas, which did not satisfy us, while the only person who took a pasta first course... the dinner was saved. Even the maxi hamburger was nothing special... while the final price of the bill exceeded our expectations

17/06/2025: We were really looking forward to our vacation. The hotel has 5 stars, but I would give it 2 at most. Here's why: The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly, the pool is great, and the private beach is only a few meters away. But... it was so loud that we couldn't sleep a single night. We had room 304 on the third floor. Directly below the kitchen, where work was carried out until 1 a.m. and again from 3 a.m. We reported it to reception, but to no avail. Other guests on the third floor had the same problem... We also had no hot water twice, and the light switches in the bathroom didn't work. It's probably a problem throughout the hotel, based on what we've heard from guests. We've complained to the tour operator (TUI) and are eagerly awaiting their response.

13/06/2025: We arrived early, and our room was already ready for us, so we dropped everything off and headed to the beach, where they had umbrellas and lounge chairs, to enjoy the sea in Cefalù. The staff, the hotel, and the beach were all wonderful!
