11/09/2025: Pizza Number 1 in Palermo, everything delicious.

31/08/2025: Good morning, last night we decided to go eat at Mudù... When we arrived, we gave them our names and they sat us down. The waiters started walking past us, but without leaving the menus. A very nice and polite girl (with braids) asked us if we wanted water and brought us a bottle in no time. After that, we abandoned them. We tried every way to ask for the menus, but were promptly ignored. At a certain point, I had an exchange with the waiter, who took the liberty of making a few (out of place) jokes and addressing me informally as if we were old comrades in arms! Anyway... he brought those damned menus and another waiter materialized to take our orders. One of the diners smiled and said, "Give us time to read them." He lowered his arms, rolled his eyes, and walked away muttering something. We called him after a few minutes, but of course we waited (the room seats a maximum of 40 people). All things considered, the service left much to be desired, and the food was good... I recommend it, hoping you'll get paid on the evening of the waiters' paycheck; maybe they'll smile more! P.S. I know the dynamics of the dining room and kitchen, unfortunately, it's a demanding job, but a smile doesn't cost anything!

29/08/2025: Spectacular sandwiches. Not only for the niche, top-quality ingredients, but also for the combinations, which are always spot on. The "Bilbao" sandwich with cecina, brie, and tomato tartare is one of the best I've ever had. So is the "Nero" with Nebrodi prosciutto, tuma cheese, and mushrooms. The vegetarian options are equally delicious: a simple sandwich like the "Friuli" with potatoes, melted cheese, arugula, and mushrooms is just as impressive as the cured meat sandwiches. The place is welcoming, and the staff and owner are kind, attentive, and helpful. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2025: Sandwiches worthy of a Michelin star!!! Absolutely divine. We had the Panarea with shrimp tartare and Italiano. Highly recommended!!!

20/07/2025: Rude waiters. We came in to get a pizza right after getting out of the sea. As soon as we entered, no one greeted us and they looked at us like we were aliens. Once we went in to order our pizza, they rudely told us they were full of reservations. Plus, the location was terrible, and the pizza, from what I've been told, wasn't that great. I don't recommend it.

18/08/2025: Product quality: If there were six stars, I'd give it six. The service is chaotic, though: a certain Salvatore (I heard his name from the kind lady who works there), despite the queue, serves those he knows first, even if they've just entered the shop. I repeat: the sweet, leavened, and savory pastries are excellent, authentic, and original.

16/08/2025: We visited this pastry shop several times during our vacation. We tried both the baked and classic cassatas. I had never tried baked cassata, but I especially liked it here because the crust wasn't thick and hard at all, and I found it better that way. The two "setteveli" were delicious, especially the pistachio one, which was very light and not cloying at all. The baba with cream and wild strawberries was also good because the alcohol wasn't overpowering; it was well-balanced. An excellent pastry shop where you can try all the traditional desserts.

23/07/2025: The hot appetizer and mixed fried fish were exceptional; the fish was incredibly fresh. For pizza, I had a baked calzone with mushrooms, which was truly delicious. To finish, I had a warm heart-shaped cake with vanilla ice cream. The service was quick and attentive, friendly and welcoming. I sat inside and took advantage of the air conditioning. I can't wait to go back.

22/07/2025: I hadn't had fresh fried fish in a while. Afterwards, I had an Alicia pizza, truly delicious, and a semifreddo with chocolate, excellent. I'll be back soon with immense pleasure. Recommended

12/08/2025: absolute must visit! barista was so determined in perfecting our coffee he took more that 30 minutes to make two, i see no other reason in why it should take that long other than if he was freshly picking the seeds, drying them and crashing them by hand.
