A superb, historic pizzeria in Palermo (previously on Corso Calatafimi). Excellent ingredients, as well as the leavening. Refined pizzas (a special mention goes to the gourmet vegetarian one). An extra star for the owner's friendliness!!!

Good place. In the center of Palermo. Good smell. Service a bit slow (the mitigating factor being that it was Saturday).

I ate at this pizzeria and was truly satisfied. The pizza was excellent: light dough, fresh and flavorful ingredients, perfectly cooked. The appetizers were also truly worth it. The service was impeccable: friendly, fast, and always available staff, capable of making customers feel at ease right away. The atmosphere is well-kept, welcoming, and pleasant, ideal for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

We came last night to try this new all-you-can-eat concept. We had a great time, and the guy who accompanied us on this experience was the icing on the cake—very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the length of time we had to wait between orders. I hope it was just a fluke, because the idea is great and seems to be working. Well done!

Truly exceptional pizza, I don't know if I've ever had a better one. It melts in my mouth, and I ate it with a smile on my face. The staff is incredibly friendly and young. You must visit this place!

I returned to this pizzeria after two years. The first time I gave it 4 stars, I thought the dough was flavorless and not very salty, despite the excellent ingredients. Years later, I tried it again at their new location, and this time I was completely sold on it. The pizza was delicious in every way. The dough is contemporary, so it's soft and crispy on the edges, and the center is Neapolitan-style. Quality ingredients. The appetizers were generous; we had the fries with cheese fondue and bacon and were very satisfied. The fondue was very good, not the usual cheddar schmear. Special mention goes to the staff, always very friendly and professional. I would recommend booking with The Fork. With a 20% discount, it's one of the best in Palermo for value. 💪💪
