19/08/2024: Nice but distracting place, with rude employees. Tried one evening with my girlfriend to have a drink and eat a cannoli, 20 minutes of waiting to take the order and there was practically no one there. The following day we decided to try breakfast, we were very disappointed. We ordered two brioches with granita, to be taken into consideration we had to attract the attention of the barmaid in every possible way, when we told her that we had ordered two brioches with granita she asked us (in a very annoyed way) "but you have them do you pay?" even though we had shown the receipt. Having collected the order from the counter, we sat down and, tasting the granita, we realized that the strawberries used were probably not very fresh, practically spoiled. (we have both worked in catering for years, we know what we are talking about.

19/08/2024: Everything is terrible, starting with the service: chaotic, you don't understand anything and very rude. We order a granita with brioches, we go to the counter to get them and no one counts us for at least 10/15 minutes even though at that moment there was no one queuing in the ice cream shop area. We were trying to get noticed but still no look or sign that they wanted to serve us. Finally, after a while, a girl calculates us and, very annoyed, tells us to wait longer, asking us what we were doing there if we had ordered. We communicate the order, complete with receipt in hand, he decides to make us wait longer and finally prepares the order, halfway: we only need the granitas. So I point out that the croissants were missing and instead of apologizing, she arrogantly asks us "but did you pay for them???" After, I repeat, we had the receipt in her hand which she didn't even bother to read, she was so annoyed about serving us. Food: the granitas were terrible and only had two types: strawberry and lemon. In Sicily. Let's take the strawberry one and alas they had clearly gone bad. The brioches at least were decent, but probably not fresh. I have often been to Sicily and honestly I have never found a worse granita with brioche, I would expect it in the north not in Sicily.

21/08/2024: After several days of arancine, roulade, ravazzate, sfincioni and other rotisserie products; my body demanded something simpler and lighter so my partner, their regular customer when we are on holiday in Termini Imerese, took me to have lunch here The place is large and welcoming, with tables also outside, and offers a myriad of products from morning until late at night. My partner often orders the Cous-Cous Salad and the Breaded Chicken with Grilled Vegetables; I took Anelletti and Pistachio Meat Rolls with Carrots and Peas, all good. Table service is not included, the staff at the counter is kind, accommodating and available to customer requests. Perhaps they will not be the absolute best in the products they offer, even if I have heard of their pizzeria as one of the best in town, but they should still be praised for the quality expressed in every single dish, which is not easy with the variety they offer; the classic place that makes everyone agree, whether among friends or family.

03/08/2024: To flee !!! Too long, too expensive, pizza not good, the waiters are not smiling!!! It is a very expensive and poor quality canteen. Even the €4 slices of pizza very close to this restaurant are much better. Last restaurant after 15 days of vacation in Palermo and really bad on every level!!
