20/01/2026: We ordered some pizzas. They tasted good, but we drank all night because we were so thirsty. A sign of poor leavening? There are two rooms: one inside the restaurant and one outside, covered with plastic sheeting (one sheet was torn, and we felt a cold draft), heated by large heaters. The terrace in front of the restaurant is lovely, with a sofa and armchairs.

12/01/2026: I absolutely recommend this pizzeria. The food is excellent, and the staff is fast and, above all, friendly. The prices are fair, and there's plenty of parking.

This place is just fantastic — with an unreal sunset view over Isola delle Femmine 🌅 Honestly, you could come just for the view, but the pizza steals the show as well.. Easily the best in the area! The staff are always super friendly.

13/12/2025: An unforgettable evening at Relais Blu On the recommendation of a local lemon farmer, we went to Relais Blu for dinner—and it was well worth it! Chef Sakai Fumiko conjured up an extraordinary fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine that completely delighted us. Giovanni made the evening perfect: with great charm and expertise, he explained historical details about the region and the special features of each ingredient, making the meal an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

21/10/2025: Closed, although advertised as open. It's quite a long drive from Palermo. There's no signage on site either. Too bad, it looked good.

28/02/2026: It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good, and our evening proved it! After being incredibly turned down by another pizzeria in the area, despite having a confirmed reservation, we stumbled upon Alter Ego in Caltavuturo... and thank goodness! As soon as we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but what really makes the difference here is the human factor: we found a unique kindness and helpfulness that are rare nowadays. Why choose it: • Impeccable service: Attentive, fast, and smiling staff, despite the place being lively and busy. • Top-notch cuisine: We didn't eat well, it was more than that! Each course was carefully prepared and rich in flavor. You could taste the passion behind every dish. • Atmosphere: The ideal place to relax and truly feel like a "guest" in the truest sense of the word. If you're looking for a place where the quality of the food goes hand in hand with politeness and hospitality, you're in luck. We've already forgotten the injustice we suffered elsewhere thanks to this wonderful discovery. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: A friend of mine and I decided to go to this place, both to say hello to the great chef Gesualdo Faulisi and to taste his delicious pizzas ☺️! Excellent pizza, as always 😍! At the end of the evening, before leaving, I decided to buy two of his countless products, made by him, using his own raw materials! I bought the mustard, made with wild Madonita mustard, and a package of bronze-drawn pasta, slowly dried, from single-variety Perciasacchi wheat, of which I will attach a photo! For anyone passing through this town, I highly recommend you go and taste his cuisine 🤩.

29/12/2025: Extreme delicious food! Brioche with cream was so soft and fluffy and extreme delicious. We were sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful sunny weather. Very nice place! Highly recommended!

03/12/2025: A unique and delightful venue in Palermo's historic center. A relaxed and contemporary atmosphere. A select menu blending Sicilian products with international cuisine. In the evening, aperitifs and live music are offered. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to all their guests' needs. I highly recommend it.

10/02/2026: The restaurant is welcoming and clean, with prompt and professional table service. I visited the agri-resort for a convivial baptism, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the location. It has ample parking, and a narrow corridor leads to a bright room with a panoramic view. The large windows create an invisible boundary, giving the impression of being in an olive grove. The food, while authentic, is refined on the palate, offering delicate, rich flavors. The first courses are wrapped in flavorful sauces, the meats are tender and cooked to perfection, and the dessert is the perfect end to a masterfully crafted meal. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent. I recommend it.

03/01/2026: We were looking for vegetarian options, which this restaurant doesn't offer many. We simply didn't find what we wanted. As we were leaving, the waiter mockingly asked, "What, is it too expensive for you?" An unnecessary, rude comment. I definitely don't recommend it. Edit. At the entrance, they asked me if I had a reservation. I replied no. At this point, it was enough to inform them that unfortunately there were no tables available. They showed us where to sit. After reading the menu, we thanked the waitress and said we were looking for something else. :)
