02/05/2025: Ottimo locale, un po’ fuori dal centro più turistico, ma che vale davvero la pena! Cibo squisito, servizio rapido, personale davvero professionale e gentile. Ottima scelta di vini anche al calice. Dettaglio non da poco è l’attenzione anche per i bimbi, ai quali è stato donato un giochino a testa per intrattenerli, oltre ad avere una sezione del menu dedicata a loro, che i miei bimbi hanno molto apprezzato. Davvero consigliato.

02/05/2025: Location gradevole proprio dietro il Teatro Massimo. Abbiamo optato per il menù fisso di Pasquetta ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Tutto molto buono e porzioni abbondanti. Servizio celere e professionale nonostante il gran numero di commensali. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente onesto! Complimenti!

02/11/2024: Unacceptable waiting times: 1 hour and 30 minutes for 3 slices of swordfish, also accompanied by a side dish different from the one ordered. Typical Sicilian appetizers soaked in oil and salt concentrates. I'm sorry to have to write that the service also leaves something to be desired: we had to beg for napkins and 5 were brought (when we were six). I wouldn't go back…

27/10/2024: If I could give 0 stars I would. We came when they opened and already the waiter looked annoyed that he had costumers, because he preferred to sit with his friends and smoke. We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of them were pretty soggy especially the ricotta one was swimming in ricotta water. It was disappointing because the pizzas were expensive and we followed the waiter recommendations. The service was non existent, he didn’t ask us if the food was good so we didn’t had the chance to send it back. He only bothered to show again to clear the plates and give us the check. When we got the check we saw that he over charged us for 2 items from the menu as well. To summarize very bad service, expensive pizzas that does not worth your money.

06/10/2024: A fantastic restaurant! Truly a hidden gem in Prata. We had a delicious meal here in a cozy restaurant with a very nice owner. Nothing was missing and we had a great evening. We will definitely come back here again!

07/04/2025: Chanced upon this sushi place coming out of the venerable Premezzo & Vitale to stock up on Italian specialties before taking the ferry back home. The young man who took care of us was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. We had a quick meal with no raw food to avoid any issues while on the ferry... the tempura were good, not fantastic, the Chao Mai good, and pork cutlets a little dry but decent. Sauces were sub par, with no sweet soy sauce for the tempura and katsu. Otherwise. The place was clean, buzzing with activity and people seemed generally pleased.

20/03/2025: I went to Hanami Sushi (via Aspromonte). They had spoken very well to me about it, creating high expectations for me, But alas they were not respected. The food was good but not great that I have already eaten in other places. The service was more than satisfactory It is better to draw a veil over the environment.

18/04/2025: We stayed two nights in this agriturismo and it was a real favorite. The places are magnificent, surrounded by a superb and soothing landscape. The family atmosphere immediately appealed to us. Special mention to the breakfast man, adorable and attentive. The breakfast is excellent, made up of fresh and local products. We also had the chance to taste their olive oil, produced on site: a real delight! A very nice discovery that we warmly recommend.

22/03/2025: I was here on Saturday morning, the atmosphere is very welcoming, you feel at home, the cats are adorable and knowing how to respect their signals the beauty of having breakfast surrounded by them is unmatched. I highly recommend the Codina cake, and the pistachio pancakes. We will definitely be back.

22/04/2025: Very nice restaurant with good & roomy indoor and outdoor seating. When I asked for a menu I was shown a specials board with a few items on it. I liked what I had, but I bet they have more to offer! The sandwich was very good.

26/01/2025: Went today, there were 4 of us and we ventured there by chance, a wonderful discovery, excellent value for money, everything fresh and 0 km, friendly and knowledgeable staff, Massimo the host is truly the top, highly recommended!!!

05/05/2025: Siamo venute qui al termine della ns vacanza a Palermo, su consiglio del mitico Andrea Giacomo (Apetaxi, assolutamente da provare).Antipasto strepitoso e primi molto curati, pesce freschissimo, una tappa obbligata !!!!!

03/05/2025: Trattoria di mare non turistica nel centro di Palermo nelle vicinanze del porto turistico. Menù degustazione di pesce interessante, con alcuni accostamenti riusciti,altri meno. Sicuramente gusti "strong". Buona eseceuzione dei piatti, la cucina a vista a me piace sempre molto. Buona carta dei vini. Servizio partito bene, si sono un po' persi nel corso della cena, ma nel complesso lo staff riesce a farti sentire ben accetto. Il costo del menù degustazione, per la qualità delle materie prime, è centrato e sostenibile.

22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! Grazie ancora al proprietario gentilissimo! A presto

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️.
