The staff is friendly and helpful, chatty enough but always discreet.
We tried both the pizza and the main dishes. The ingredients are excellent, and the restaurant's philosophy firmly focuses on showcasing traditional products from Palermo and Ragusa.
The pairings reveal a desire to be daring, even if the flavors offered are still lacking. This is a promising cuisine that deserves attention: with time, it will surely find a more mature balance.
An experience worth trying.

22/11/2025: Excellent sushi, fast service, I also recommend takeout, nice location, I recommend sitting in their outdoor area (covered) so you don't leave the place with the smell of sushi on your clothes. Otherwise I highly recommend.
15/11/2025: Only on Saturdays are orders a bit slow, but despite the crowds, the fresh raw food is truly top-notch, especially the scampi, red shrimp, and tuna.
The best sushi restaurant in Palermo and its province.
Highly recommended.

Clean place, fresh local seafood, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value.
A heartfelt thank you to the owner, who drove us directly to Mondello on a day with poor public transportation due to the marathon.

02/10/2025: A very beautiful place on the sea, with ample and convenient parking with access from the main road. The food and wines are quality, though the desserts, I'd say, are less so. We returned after three days.

The coffee he made was exceptional – full of flavor and perfectly balanced. We also tried the little ice cream treats, and they were simply amazing. We loved everything!
