A very special place in the center of Palermo. Delicious food, impeccable service, and perhaps a bit of a wait, but it's perfectly acceptable on a Sunday lunch. We'll be back!!

We went for dinner, a very nice place, on the second floor with an intimate atmosphere. We tried the octopus salad appetizer, fresh pistachio and shrimp pasta, and a plate of sliced ​​beef with potatoes. The staff was kind and welcoming!

After a few days in Sicily and enjoying plenty of fresh fish, we were craving meat. Il Salumaio is THE place to go. The meat was absolutely delicious. The sides were too. The starter, an assortment of cured meats with a small salad and burrata topped with truffle slices, was a delight. Efficient and friendly service. We highly recommend it.

08/02/2026: Fabbro Bar and Restaurant is truly beautiful. The restaurant and service are elegant, but you can also stop for a coffee or breakfast. We ate lunch inside, although there's also outdoor seating. My pasta with tuna and zucchini was truly delicious and delicate. I also had the amazing zucchini flowers and fried calamari. Everything was delicious.

12/04/2026: For me the best all you can eat in Palermo!
11/04/2026: We were served by Gerico, a very nice guy who speaks fluent Italian, English, and, I assume, Spanish. We arrived around 2:40 PM and were able to order à la carte (but there's also an all-you-can-eat option). We chose Chinese dishes, not sushi. Everything was delicious. We also ordered four portions of rice to go, and Gerico prepared everything for us, adding a little oil and cutlery. It's a pleasure to see smiling people serving. I absolutely recommend it, especially for the kindness and service.
