The owner, Sebastiano, is extremely kind and always attentive to his customers' needs, a quality that is reflected in his impeccable service. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, with fresh and well-kept spaces, especially ideal during the summer months. The quality of the food is consistently high: from the pizzas to the appetizers, every dish is prepared with great care and is truly delicious. It's a perfect place for families as well as for special occasions or receptions. The fish dishes are especially noteworthy, always fresh and top-quality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, courtesy, and a relaxing atmosphere.

25/04/2026: Entering Duomi Sushi in Palermo for the first time today was a delightful discovery in every way. We were immediately greeted with warmth, in a refined, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere, accompanied by simply impeccable and helpful staff, smiling and attentive to every detail. The culinary experience was excellent. Each dish stood out for its quality, freshness, and flavor, but what particularly struck me was the attention to service: the food always arrived piping hot, a detail that is far from predictable and rarely seen in other similar establishments. The passion the entire staff puts into their work is evident: everyone, without exception, was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, helping make the lunch even more enjoyable. A 5-star experience in every way. I will definitely return every time I'm in Palermo with great pleasure, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, attentive service, and a truly special atmosphere.

12/05/2026: Love the food. Pizza's great. The interior garden is oddly intimate given that so many people are always eating there. I love the subdued formality of the staff, and the fact that, when it's warm, you have to walk through empty rooms to the inner garden where everyone is enjoying a fine evening.

13/12/2025: An unforgettable evening at Relais Blu On the recommendation of a local lemon farmer, we went to Relais Blu for dinner—and it was well worth it! Chef Sakai Fumiko conjured up an extraordinary fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine that completely delighted us. Giovanni made the evening perfect: with great charm and expertise, he explained historical details about the region and the special features of each ingredient, making the meal an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

09/05/2026: A truly disappointing experience. From the start, we were assigned a table in a terrible location, right in the path of the waiters, who kept rushing by, bumping and knocking into the table, making the dinner anything but pleasant. I ordered a pizza with a very simple modification: replacing the pistachio cream with Parmesan fondue. Despite this, the pizza was wrong twice. The third time, which should have been the correct one, it arrived again, with Philadelphia instead of the requested ingredient. In addition to the constant mistakes, the dough was also undercooked, so much so that I left almost the entire pizza. What made the experience even worse was the waiters' rude and unprofessional attitude towards the mistake, as if the problem were of little consequence. At the cashier, I expected at least a concrete gesture to remedy the inconvenience, but instead only a small, almost symbolic discount was applied. I understand that mistakes can happen, but three times on the same order, for a minor change, is just too much. Really disappointing!

06/05/2026: We got two sandwiches. A hamburger and a hotdog. The hamburger was good, the hotdog's bun was defrosted and inedible, but the sausage and condiments were good. The fries were excellent. Even though I pointed out the hard bread, they didn't flinch. That's why I think it's best avoided.

The menu offers unusual ideas, with carefully selected ingredients and a more creative approach than your average pizzeria. An interesting choice for those seeking a unique pizza. Definitely worth trying again.

12/05/2026: We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant overlooking a quiet and very pleasant little square. The servers were incredibly kind and made an effort to speak French; it was lovely, thank you again. The dishes are sophisticated, featuring local ingredients, and are accompanied by amuse-bouches, pre-desserts, and petits fours. And a special mention for the Sicilian wines and the sommelier's presentation.
