08/02/2026: Fabbro Bar and Restaurant is truly beautiful. The restaurant and service are elegant, but you can also stop for a coffee or breakfast. We ate lunch inside, although there's also outdoor seating. My pasta with tuna and zucchini was truly delicious and delicate. I also had the amazing zucchini flowers and fried calamari. Everything was delicious.

16/03/2026: I had the best pasta I've ever had at this restaurant, the pistachio pasta. The place is located just a few minutes from the center of Palermo, and I recommend everyone try it at least once. Excellent wine, but it's a shame about the lackluster staff.

18/02/2026: We had a trio of camponata and two delicious off-menu dishes: pasta with artichokes and cooked/raw shrimp, and a fish soup. The strudel is a must. One of the best restaurants we've tried in Palermo.

31/01/2026: Tourists had to sit outside (in February, in a tent with patio heaters), as the inside was fully booked. Unfortunately, about a third of the restaurant remained empty… The pizza was good, but the fritto misto wasn't fresh.

27/11/2025: Eating at La Montagnola is truly a great experience. The fish is incredibly fresh, the dishes are flavorful, and you can truly taste the flavor of the sea. The dishes are prepared with great care, and the staff is always ready to satisfy every need. The open kitchen is definitely a highlight. The restaurant and bathrooms are always spotless. I think the prices are reasonable for the dishes.

21/12/2025: Wonderful location, friendly staff, attentive maître d', always ready to resolve any unexpected issues, Roberto and Silvia were fantastic and always available, delicious food, I could go on and on... We couldn't have chosen a better setting for our wedding. It's a shame we can only give 5 stars... If I could do it again, I would definitely choose you again!

27/12/2025: Apple and cinnamon panettone: the cinnamon is noticeable, the dough is completely comparable to low-quality industrial panettone and burnt underneath. For the price, I definitely wouldn't buy it again.

It's no coincidence that I decided to celebrate my graduation here with friends, and the party was delightful. The atmosphere was great, with comfortable sofas, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious drinks, including cocktails and teas. Although we had a hiccup with the final bill, the owner was very helpful and everything ended well. I've returned after years and will definitely continue to return, and I will recommend the place to my friends, who have appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and the service provided during the party itself.

Their cocktails are crafted with great attention to detail, and the hookah quality is excellent,smooth, flavourful, and long-lasting. What really made my experience outstanding was the staff. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They worked together with professionalism and positive energy, creating a warm and comfortable environment for all guests. A huge thank you to the entire team for their wonderful service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great vibes, great flavours, and great people. I will definitely be coming back.
