A “good” environment. You go there to eat happily and to relax. Family atmosphere and mum cooks! Really generous portions of pasta! You pay little and you eat well!

The boiled salad was very good but the pasta was overcooked and looked washed out.

The place has no pretensions. The food is excellent and homemade (I felt at home), the staff were very kind and helpful, guys with a great desire to do something, we were served very quickly and we ate very well. Very cheap, these prices are nowhere to be seen. You can even choose 1/2 portions. I highly recommend it, we will be back.

A homely, family-run restaurant, once you enter it feels like you're going back a few decades. Plastic tables, the place does not accept reservations, so the owners manage the customers by writing down their surnames with pen and paper and calling as one of the 14/15 tables in the room becomes free. Menu of the day full of first courses, especially land-based ones, second courses as well, with a bit of choice also for fish, and some rustic appetizers. I tasted an exquisite parmigiana, and the amatriciana was also worth it. Abundant portions, so much so that they also offer half portions at obviously lower prices. If you have the patience to wait, even between one course and another, and don't formalize the tablecloths (absent) and the environment, Sciupe is worth a try. Really low prices, almost inexplicably.

One of the last trattorias that can boast this name, where you can eat at truly low costs. The anonymous restaurant in a peripheral context of Palermo offers good table service and generous dishes, where the half portion is comparable to that of any restaurant. 2 half of first courses and 2 of second courses, with half of red wine €16.50.

Authentic, simple but very tasty cuisine. Very inexpensive, everything happens quickly. Perfetto! grace
