While he's the expert in the dining room and kitchen, in the realm of leavened goods—namely, His Majesty, pizza—Ninni is the connoisseur. His youth, passion for his work, and ongoing research into flours, blends of flavors, ingredients, and doughs, are his winning features. All this is enhanced by their expertise and kindness, for an experience that makes you feel at home, or even better. As a regular, I can only conclude by highly recommending this gem.
