Fud Bottega Sicula In Palermo

I don't like crowds, so we found this place not far from the bustling Via Maquena. The sandwiches were truly appetizing just looking at them, but we opted for a lighter option, but we weren't disappointed at all. Nice place, tastefully decorated, friendly staff, and good food.

Here's our verdict: ​The Sandwiches: We tried the burger, and the meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The bread is fragrant and holds the toppings well. ​The Pizzas: We ordered several variations, and they all received top marks. Light dough and generous toppings with top-quality ingredients. ​The Service ​Unfortunately, while the culinary side shines, the service had some issues during our evening: ​Slowness: The wait was a bit longer than expected. ​Overlooked: There was a small oversight in the order; one of the sandwiches was forgotten and only arrived after we reported it again to the staff. If you're looking for a high-end gastronomic experience that showcases Sicily, FUD is a guarantee. We'll definitely be back for the food, hoping for smoother table management!

Really good burgers with some nice local ingredients (we had four different), rather big, satisfying portions, prompt and kind service. All well!

The service was slow and unfriendly. We were the only customers. The chicken curry burger tasted overwhelmingly of turmeric! On the plus side, the portions of fries were huge. There were lots of flies/mosquitoes at the entrance.

Walking through the streets of the historic center, I stumbled upon this place. I never would have thought I'd eat the best burger in the city. It was a spectacle, from the meat to the bun, and everything else I found inside was incredibly good. Even the appetizer was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable, empathetic, and above all helpful. It's a historic location. A burger from history. I'll gladly return to try many other delicious and, as we say in Palermo, beautiful things.

The best burger I have ever eaten so far. Its bread was actually pizza’s pasta, warm and crusty, as it should be! White beer with lemon and basilic taste was refreshing, the canollo in a jar… just delicious. A really good value for price, taste and qualitaty.

Great burgers and always packed. After four days in Palermo eating only fish, we wanted meat and weren't disappointed. They have a great selection of burgers, their own craft beer, and are well-organized.

A pleasant discovery in Palermo, a truly lovely place to enjoy a delicious meal. I was particularly impressed by the sandwiches: I tried the cicchen burger with turmeric bread and I have to say it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I also recommend the fries with provola and guanciale, excellent! I'll definitely be back and try more.

We stopped in for a quick bite, and we enjoyed the BEC Burgher, Cicchen Burgher, and FUD Stik. Plus they have a great beverage selection. Enjoyed the fun and friendly service. Thanks..
