Excellent cuisine, excellent blend of traditional ingredients and surprising flavours. The place is a bit noisy when full, it should be soundproofed to make the experience perfect.

Sono stata in questo locale sia a pranzo che a cena. In entrambe le occasioni ho assaggiato gli antipasti, ingredienti di ottima qualità cucinati in maniera egregia e proposti in salse o in varianti diversi. Ottimi gamberi in tempura e le sarde con una salsa (non ricordo l'ingrediente principale della salsa!), spaziale flan di zucca con morbida salsa al caciocavallo. Sono ritornata a cena per assaggiare il ramen, incuriosita da alcuni post su Instagram: eccezionale. Zuppa superlativa con un brodo "casalingo" amalgamato con gli altri ingrediente di qualità e cotti in maniera magistrale. Lo scrive chi è diffidente verso la cucina giapponese. Ah, ho assaggiato il mochi: gusto particolare ma secondo me fatto benissimo. Prezzi nella media Palermitana con antipasti sui 10 e primi/secondo sui 10-15-20 euro. Consigliato per la qualità del cibo e della cucina! Complimenti!

We came here for the ramen because we are tired of Sicilian food and wanted some variety. I am a Ramen lover. I will eat Ramen whenever I get the chance. I tried their Tonkatsu Ramen. Well, this is not the Tonkatsu I usually get with the thick broth that actually gives me a heartburn after. It is light and just right to my liking. One thing is the noodle can be a bit more al dente. But for a Ramen made by Sicilians, it was very impressive! My husband wanted the vegan Ramen, but they don't have that anymore. (Guess it wasn't popular in a country where meat was the essential food) So he ordered nouveau Scilian dish with purée Cauliflower, squash and 2 buffala balls in it. It was very creative and interesting. BUT! The best thing is their bread which is to die for! It tastes like a chewy sourdough. Best bread I had in Sicily! Too bad they made the bread themselves and I can't buy it elsewhere! This is truly a great find. You can tell they create the food not just making it. You have to view it as if you are eating their version of a traditional food. What a refreshing break from traditional Sicilian food!

I went for the first time without making a reservation and even though there were no actual places available, they made sure to find me accommodation since it was pouring outside. I ordered a portion of shrimp and a portion of ramen and they were delicious! The staff were super friendly, attentive and above all prepared. The wine suggestion was very welcome, well described too. Since then I have gone several times and it never disappoints. The environment is very welcoming.

Sunday lunch. The food is good, the right quantities, positive but not stellar service, these are the positive notes. Negative notes: the wine list is not adequate for the cuisine, there is a lack of sulphite-free and/or natural wines and ancestral wines (they cost the same as the ones you have), but the real flaw is the too small menu, add at least three other first courses . I forgot, the desserts are the best thing and moreover with a wider choice than the first courses on the menu

Pot abile come l’acqua, cioè può essere bevuta! Ecco da Pot ci si può andare perché la loro cortesia ed il loro garbo anche la domenica sera alle 22 è lo stesso come se fosse martedì mattina alle 10 e l’accoglienza è come l’acqua Pot abile. E vogliamo parlare della magia dei piatti che nascono dallo splendido effetto contaminazione che troviamo esaltato in ogni pietanza. Di domenica sera, dopo un concerto splendido, di un giovane pianista cubano, che aveva sodisfatto la nostra voglia di musica jazz, ma non solo, entrare da Pot e trovare la contaminazione dei gusti … la vita è l’arte dell’incontro!!!!! Prosit … alla birra questa sera.
