An absolute must! The staff is warm, friendly...I cant say enough good things about the service from everyone who worked there. They really worked as a team. The food was incredible with a presentation to match. The inside ambiance is high class but unpretentious and they have a hidden patio upstairs that we ate at. Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.

We especially enjoyed the food; it's a great place to have a lovely evening for two (or more!). The service is very professional and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

A warm and welcoming restaurant, with extremely kind and helpful service. However, the dinner fell short of expectations and the price. One of the three meatballs was still cold inside. The risotto was bland. The cheese, however, was good (but can it be bad?) and my companion's fish soup. The menu looked incredibly appetizing on paper, but the taste didn't quite match the flavors and contrasts I was expecting. Overall, especially considering the price, we weren't entirely sold.

We stumbled upon it by chance, as we parked right across the street, but the Google reviews speak for themselves. As a side note, inside they have a variety of very original decorative items for sale.

A welcoming, warm, and inviting venue, thanks to its thoughtful decor, with retro touches provided by various vintage objects and purchasable art pieces. The menu features typical Sicilian dishes, yet finely crafted and prepared by a trained, attentive, and discerning chef, Gioacchino Trapani, who is also the owner with his sister, diligently leads his team. The selection of ingredients is excellent, with a focus on seasonality and local produce, reflecting today's gastronomic philosophy. Delicious homemade breads, made with whole-wheat and four-grain flours. The wine list is well-curated and stocks nearly the entire selection. The service is impeccable, friendly, and thorough, a sign of true customer care. Excellent value for money. We spent a pleasant and relaxing evening at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the spaces are very well-appointed. The staff was attentive to our every need, while remaining discreet. Each course was a discovery, with dishes both delicious and beautiful to the palate. We truly enjoyed the chef's interpretation of Sicilian flavors. We will gladly return.

I came back here for the second time, and if anything, it was even better than the first. It's hard to find a place with such consistent quality. The welcome is special: they make you feel at home right away, but with incredible professionalism. And the food? To say it's good is an understatement. In every dish, you find the true flavors of our land, those that remind you of home, but served with an elegance that perfectly complements the setting.

We had a reservation for dinner and arrived at the Osteria as the first guests, with expectations based on the menu. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the service and quality. Much of the food was reheated and always served on ice-cold plates. The chef/owner has held excellent positions worldwide and clearly loves Sicilian cuisine, but it's a shame we couldn't taste any of it. A Slow Food experience? Disappointing.

We had dinner at this osteria on Saturday evening. The atmosphere was welcoming and the attention to detail was meticulous. Impeccable service, with smiling, attentive staff. High-quality dishes with delicious presentation. Sicilian cuisine, with grandmother's flavors... but with the chef's touch! Definitely worth a try.

We tried the seafood tasting menu: everything was excellent, especially the stuffed artichoke. Each course was paired with delicious wines. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a romantic evening. A true treat in the heart of Palermo.
