Comparucci is a beautiful little local spot in Palermo, off the beaten path. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service great and the food delicious. We especially loved and highly recommend the Paccheri pie with beef ragu which is an absolutely delicious , creamy pasta! We will be back for another serving of that before we go! Do check this spot out when travelling through Palermo!

When a place does so well, you can see the passion behind every detail. In the Kitchen: Chef Gianfranco Parisi is a force of nature. His dishes are an experience for the eyes and the palate, combining technique, flavor, and a unique charm. At the Bar: Francesco Gaiano is a master behind the bar, with exceptional drinks and great professionalism. At the Bakery: Massimo in the pizzeria churns out spectacular pizzas, with perfect dough and cooking. In the Dining Room: Giovanni Fiorelli and the entire team welcome you with such attention, kindness, and energy that make you feel immediately at home. A beautiful atmosphere and an extraordinary staff that all pulls in the same direction. When you come here, you experience the region at its best. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
