We've been frequenting this place for years, and it's become our safe haven, both for a pizza with friends and for special occasions, like our daughters' two baptisms, which we chose to celebrate here. The place is excellent, but the food is what amazes us every time. The quality is superb: the fish is incredibly fresh, and the pizza is exceptional, unmatched anywhere else. What we love most is the menu: original creations that expertly blend simple, traditional ingredients with more sophisticated and unique elements, creating unique and never boring flavors that delight both the eye and the palate. A special thanks goes to the hostess, Patrizia: her kindness, helpfulness, and almost obsessive attention to every little detail truly make the difference. The entire staff pampers you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave; you always feel welcome, just like family. Highly recommended for a quiet dinner or to make your special days unforgettable!

I accidentally returned to a place I wasn't happy with, and it was confirmed. 1st - €28 for an appetizer, a small bottle of water, and a first course; 2nd - starter composition: three good mini bruschettas, four thawed croquettes (the cylinder-shaped ones), 2 stramini arancini (bullet-shaped ones), 2 panelle; 3rd - the first course, the pistachio sauce, very messy, perhaps even had some cream with the tiny shrimp you see in the clear plastic containers at the supermarket, already small when raw, imagine cooked... and 1 scampi!! The first two photos show the dishes, and the last one shows the amount I left on my plate. I forgot, since I was alone and didn't order a twenty-euro appetizer and wine, the treatment was equivalent to the food a haughty, well-off person might offer to a homeless person. Thank you for everything, and I'll never see you again.

A truly beautiful and peaceful evening at Ron & Salvo in Buonfornello! For our cousin's 50th birthday, we were treated to a simply exceptional dinner: every course, from the appetizer to the digestif, was meticulously prepared and truly delicious. A special thanks goes to Amelia, the waitress who looked after us throughout the evening, demonstrating impeccable professionalism (rare to find!), always attentive, kind, and smiling. An experience I recommend to everyone: try it and believe it!
