The open kitchen offers a spotlight to the team, masterfully directed by a skilled, professional, and meticulous chef, Filippo Ventimiglia, who knows how to apply his expertise with skill and generosity. A seductive menu stimulates the tastes of Sicilian tradition, with a semi-gourmet twist. Each dish is a sensory discovery, carefully crafted and curated in an impeccable, clean, and impeccable table setting. The warm, crumbly breads are excellent, the result of meticulous research into the evolution of native flours. The wine list is comprehensive, featuring regional, national, and international wineries, with a good selection of sparkling wines, impeccably presented by sommelier/manager Gabriele Amato. Excellent value, in line with the industry's competitive price range.

Beautifully decorated, exquisite food, expertly prepared, impeccable staff, beautiful furnishings, and a great atmosphere. The chef even came to our table to enlighten us. Highly recommended!

After a while of not eating at this restaurant, I returned and can say that everything was perfect, just like the other times. Excellent ingredients, cooked to perfection. Impeccable service and a fair price for what we ate.
