We went last night, and honestly, everything was A+! The service was incredibly friendly, the food came out quickly, and the taste was… simply amazing. The pork chop was juicy as a dream, and the thin-crust pizza was simply Italian. We'll definitely be back!

We stopped in because we read the reviews about it being the best sandwich shop. IT WAS!!!! My husband had the Special and I had the Porchetta!!! So good we went back two days later… And we both got the Special!!! Sooo good and the owners were so friendly.. Will look back fondly on meeting them and anytime we come back to Palermo… we will be back!!! You also can’t beat the price of the sandwiches..

Very good paninis. We ordered six different ones and they were all great. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The price was very fair and decent for such a tasty product in such a place. We recommend it.

This is a fantastic panini place. I found it based on reviews on Google Maps. This was our first restaurant in Palermo, and it was absolutely amazing! The owner, a grandfather, said he's been specializing in panini since 1988. I saw a review calling him the King of Panini! I couldn't agree more! Both paninis we ordered were absolutely delicious! The pickled tomatoes were incredibly tart and delicious, and paired with the beef and cheese, and the warm bread, it was truly a delight! Since our hotel couldn't check in early, we sat in the restaurant for quite a while. The grandfather was so friendly!

02/07/2026: A simple bakery that makes VERY good cuzato bread; the ricotta bread is also good. Very friendly. They also serve drinks. You can eat at a table in the square. RECOMMENDED!!!

A warm welcome from the knowledgeable, discreet, and attentive wait staff. The open kitchen offers a spotlight to the team, masterfully directed by a skilled, professional, and meticulous chef, Filippo Ventimiglia, who knows how to apply his expertise with skill and generosity. A seductive menu stimulates the tastes of Sicilian tradition, with a semi-gourmet twist. Each dish is a sensory discovery, carefully crafted and curated in an impeccable, clean, and impeccable table setting. The warm, crumbly breads are excellent, the result of meticulous research into the evolution of native flours.
