23/07/2025: The food was delicious, as were the wine pairings, which felt like a personal tour of Sicily and it's islands. The real stars of the show were the staff, we went on a night where it was unusually quiet and they were just so wonderful and delightful as well as incredibly knowledgeable - worth a visit just for them! X

10/06/2025: We visited this cute little shop three times and enjoyed incredibly good gin and tea outside under the fairy lights. The two salespeople were so friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for the rest of our vacation.

07/07/2025: È il mio ristorante preferito a Palermo! Ogni volta che desidero concedermi un’ottima cena, torno qui: piatti ricercati, sapori impeccabili e un’atmosfera sempre piacevole. Tutto è squisito, curato nei minimi dettagli. Molto apprezzato anche il gesto dello chef, che a fine serata passa tra i tavoli per salutare e sincerarsi che tutto sia stato di gradimento.

Villa Margirosa ke dire qualcosa di eccezionale ,dall allestimento, Fatto dalla grande Valentina, al cibo buonissimo tutto al top, tutti si sono complimentati, grazie Anke al direttore gentilissimo e ottimale e attento in tutto, inoltre grazie al dj e al grande Dominic x aver reso tutti partecipi e rallegrato questa serata x noi importantissima, bravi veramente. La consiglio Villa Margirosa da 1 a 10? 😍100!

21/07/2025: An absolute highlight in Cefalù! Qualia is a small, very stylishly decorated restaurant with an intimate atmosphere – perfect for a special evening. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive; you immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The food was a dream: creative, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every course was a delight – the cooking here is of a high standard! If you're in Cefalù and looking for a special culinary experience, you should definitely visit Qualia. Highly recommended!

29/07/2025: Tried it today for the first time during a few days' vacation in Palermo. The attention to detail and the extraordinary kindness of the staff are astonishing. Mr. Carlo is immediately available to explain the various cured meats and cheeses available with passion and clarity, suggesting various pairings to suit each guest's tastes. What particularly impressed me, besides the quality and authenticity of the products (which are by no means a given), was the quality/price ratio, which, considering what's on offer, is truly excellent. Its proximity to the sea and the airport is a plus, making it convenient for both a nice takeaway aperitif on the beach or a quick snack/meal just before departure. Ultimately, I would recommend it without hesitation.

04/07/2025: Aside from the delicious, authentic food, the staff was super friendly and spoke good English. We had the spaghetti Bolognese, swordfish pasta, and prawns. It's definitely worth a visit. The value for money is top-notch.

04/07/2025: We came here without a reservation but luckily they still had a table for us. On the day that we visited the main course of the day was spaghetti with swordfish and eggplant. The food was amazing and very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come here again.

21/06/2025: A meal of clouds in the Sicilian sky From Cefalù you meander along winding roads that will take your breath away, and not just because of the hairpin bends, green valleys, and a view that would make even the gods blush. There, high in the mountains, where the air is thin and the silence thick, lies a restaurant that you would expect to find in a fairy tale rather than on Google Maps. You sit down on the terrace of Terrazza Costantino at a height where clouds are not above you, but next to you. And before you are even properly seated, it begins: a parade of works of art on porcelain. An amuse here, a whispered explosion of taste there. You taste Sicily, but at star level, without it having lost its peasant soul. The wines? Layered and exciting. No thirty-page wine list here, but a selection that perfectly complements all dishes. And then the bill… While you rub your belly and your heart is full, you receive the receipt. And you look again. And again. Not because it's high, but because you think they forgot to write down a course or four. You won't find a price-quality ratio like that anymore. So, are you a bit of a Burgundian, do you have a steering wheel and are not in a hurry? Then drive up that mountain. And if you think they're asking too little for so much happiness, just give an extra tip. Because places like that should continue to exist.
