After a nice walk, stopping at Da Carlo was a "very tasty" idea. He and his family are champions of empathy and hospitality. Seeing Carlo prepare the "gourmet sandwich" for you is as if you are behind the counter of wonders together with him. And please, after preparing your sandwich, show the most beautiful smile you have after his invitation: "and now manciatillo"!

Found this place on the way back to the airport after 4 days in Sicily. This was the best food we had after eating at many restaurants. The atmosphere as you walk in is lovely and you’re met with friendly staff and beautiful display of Italian foods. We sat down and ordered a few paninis which were all a great price. The paninis were AMAZING. seriously amazing flavors and great fresh ingredients. If we were here longer I would have definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The delicious sandwiches (exquisite bread) an excellence of cured meats that you notice as soon as you enter. Varied choice of wines, I recommend very good passivento. I want to give a very positive review on this delicatessen from Carlo, I booked a table for 4 people on Saturday evening, a warm and welcoming environment, we ordered focaccias with really good cured meats, excellent products, the focaccia was very light, good if it wasn't for the haste of going away because we had another commitment I would have tried something else. Friendly staff and always with a smile I highly recommend it and I will gladly return.

Semplicemente unico! Trovare un posto dove si mangia così bene e soprattutto dove trovare dei salumi davvero particolari, scoprire nuovi sapori, bhe proprio qui abbiamo trovato tutto questo. Non parliamo poi della gentilezza, ospitalità e umiltà, che nella vita dovremmo avere tutti. Davvero un ottimo posto dove mangiare o fare anche da asporto.

In un piccolo paesino a pochi passi da Palermo, ho trovato questa salumeria storica con prodotti di altissima qualità. Ambiente accogliente, personale gentilissimo, salumi e formaggi di altissima qualità. Ho pranzato con la mia famiglia con panini superlativi. Prezzi più che buono per ciò che si mangia, lo consiglio!

Ci troviamo a Villagrazia di Carini, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto di Palermo e dal mare. Una location a conduzione familiare, si respira una bella atmosfera. Carlo, il titolare, è una persona molto cordiale, gentile e preparata. Un luogo piccolo ma ben curato nei minimi particolari. Di giorno salumeria. La varietà e la qualità dei prodotti è davvero alta. Possibilità di gustare i prodotti eno gastronomici sia a pranzo che a cena. Prosciutto crudo spagnolo. Salame d'asino. Formaggio stagionato con rum e cioccolato. Formaggio al tartufo. Un assaggio di bottarga e stracciatella gentilmente offerti dalla casa, eccezionale veramente. Ricottina fresca. E ovviamente tanto tanto altro. Ricordarsi di tutti i prodotti è davvero difficile. Ma dalle foto che vedete sono tutti freschi e di alta qualità. La cantina dei vini presenta una bellissima varietà di bianchi, rossi, rosati e prosecchi. Un'altra chicca di questo posto, che ahimè non ho potuto assaggiare, è il sushi fatto con i salumi, di cui tutti parlano molto bene. Una scusa in più per ritornare. Ah, il giorno dopo sono tornato a prendere il guanciale fresco per la carbonara. Fantastico. Super consigliato 🎯
