A place like we hadn't found in ages. The staff were very friendly, taking the time to chat with us. And the food was excellent, made with quality ingredients and cooked with care. A very special place.

We stopped for dinner. The restaurant overlooks a garden, is quiet and private, and the quality of the ingredients is superb. I highly recommend the roast veal.
The chef is excellent, and the staff's willingness is commendable.
Definitely worth a visit. And the quality/price ratio is excellent.
Highly recommended.

A really excellent lunch, the chef was very friendly and told us about the local history. I will definitely be back to try his wife's Thai cuisine.

We rode here from Collesano hoping to grab a bite before heading back. The place was already closed, but they still fixed us wonderful pasta to take away, plus cherries for dessert. Highly recommend this spot!

We had lunch here by chance while passing through. The owner is married to a Thai woman, which translates into a fantastic Thai fusion with Sicilian cuisine. The rice with chicken and the varied Thai starters were heavenly. Very friendly and pleasant service. P.S. The entire town is highly recommended to explore on foot.

We had the Thai antipasti. Then the Pat Thai, which was also surprisingly good and authentic. The Italian pasta dish was also good.
The owner/wife of the restaurant is Thai, hence the authentic cuisine. 👌 Delicious!

We came to I Templari for my birthday lunch. We live in Sicily and found this restaurant a few years ago and loved the Thai food that they offer, which is not easy to find here, especially at a quaint restaurant in the mountains. We arrived on a Sunday and were told that they only had a fixed menu for the day. I told the owner that we came up to celebrate my birthday and have some of their delicious Thai food. He spoke with the chef who said they would be happy to make us whatever we wanted. The Pad Thai and appetizer plate was absolutely delicious and what I was hoping for!

From the moment we walked in, Dominico (the host) made us feel very valued. He's very welcoming and made sure we were content at all times in a very relaxed and personal way.
The food was delicious also with some typical Sicilian (and Thai, but we didn't have this) dishes, which they were able to alter due to a dietary restriction.
We had lunch at the lovely small patio where our one year old was free to explore.
This place shows what true hospitality is about. Thank you and keep up the good work.
