21/08/2024: Having returned this year with many expectations after an excellent experience last year, I was disappointed with the dishes served. Exaggerated quality/price ratio.

17/08/2024: Legendary experience, the food is excellent, especially the fish, fresh and well cared for. The service is phenomenal and the environment is also very nice especially outdoors. So I recommend it if you like to spend a quiet and romantic evening.

28/08/2024: Seafood aubergine parmigiana, very special and absolutely recommended to try. Fried paranza, good overall, the substantial difference is obviously made by the availability of the catch. Very good wine by the glass and bottle opened specifically. Dish with monkfish adapted to my needs as a vegetarian without any problem.

28/08/2024: Parmigiana di melanzana di mare, molto particolare assolutamente consigliata per provare. Frittura di paranza, nel complesso buona, la differenza sostanziale la fa ovviamente la disponibilità del pescato. Vino al calice molto buono e bottiglia aperta appositamente. Piatto con pescatrice riaddattato alle mie esigenze da vegetariana senza alcun problema.

12/12/2024: Mid-August, I remember there was the village festival. As always we book the table very early, in fact we arrive and only a table of 2 is occupied, there were 4 of us. The food wasn't bad, the location pleasant, a small square that serves as an outdoor area. The thing I didn't appreciate was that out of 4 courses, 2 of which were identical, they managed to make me eat the main course alone. The others arrived after 28 minutes. Unfortunately they had apologized, but instead he also wanted to be right. I also work in catering, it is inconceivable that the dishes come out at a axial distance. The most annoying thing was seeing that a table of 2, perhaps regular customers of the restaurant, arrived later, but were served before our table.

26/08/2024: Yesterday we had a very, very good Terra Mare appetizer, excellent service! Waiters always friendly and with very detailed explanations of the dishes. Then we had a grilled fish which was also Super. I would also add that the service was also fast! What can I say! Better than that!

14/10/2024: Nos alojamos en la Masseria y comimos en los restaurantes la mayoría de las noches y tuvimos almuerzo el domingo allí. La comida era excelente con un montón de opciones. ¡Los postres son difíciles de resistir! El servicio era muy bueno también y realmente disfrutamos de nuestras comidas. Recomendaría encarecidamente si te alojas aquí o quieres una gran cena.

Immersa nel verde del Salento, con camere confortevoli e del personale disponibile ad aiutarti in qualsiasi esigenza!

10/12/2024: At Gianluca's you eat really well and spend little... welcoming! I ate the piñatas of legumes... the vegetables... Orecchiette with turnips... the appetizers of local fried foods and cheeses... all really good stuff... generous portions! come in... it's very comfortable... like grandma's house. Enjoy your meal!

28/08/2024: I was looking for a pastry shop to buy a cake for my mother's 60th birthday. I find this fantastic place where kindness, efficiency and friendliness are the first things you breathe. I started looking in the fridge to find the cake, but unfortunately there were only cheesecakes and cream cakes left (flavours that my mother unfortunately doesn't like). The boy behind the counter asked me if I needed help, but I declined his invitation, telling him that unfortunately I hadn't found what I was looking for. As I was leaving he comes out of the room and stops me asking me what type of cake my mother liked and I reply that she particularly loves cream. He replies, is it okay if we make a pasticciotto cake? And I reply “Maybe! Except he owes me by midnight!” -“And what's the problem?”- he says to me-“It's ready by 8.30pm!”- It was 7.00pm… in conclusion my mother was happy as ever with the cake, among other things IT WAS VERY GOOD!!!! I will always keep it as a point of reference every time I go to Salento. You are fantastic!!!

22/08/2024: Gelato molto buono, locale pulito e molto curato, personale cordiale, rusticò buono, consiglio vivamente. Torneremo sicuramente.

09/11/2024: Great place for 2-4 to have a beautifully made delicious dinner for a very reasonable price. The chef and server are the only staff in the small but cozy space. Ingredients are very good and thoughtfully prepared. The menu is small but everything is perfection.
