Had dinner with a group on a Saturday evening. Wide choice of pizzas for all palates as well as beers. Obviously being Saturday, we waited an hour for the pizzas but that's okay, the place was full and just as many people were waiting outside the place. Normal location, nothing exceptional, nice even if at 8.30pm, we felt a little chilly. The charcoal and hemp dough upon request is excellent, making the pizza light and highly digestible. My choice, OH GOD!, was spot on, really good and light pizza. The only thing I would have preferred were more suitable knives for cutting pizzas. I highly recommend it if you want to eat pizza even outside of the normal and classic pizzas found in the vast majority of places.

Had dinner last night after discovering the place on Instagram, immediately wanted to try it to finally eat a good gluten free pizza. And so it was. My husband and I took a gluten free cuoppo, which was excellent. It didn't seem real to me that I could eat gluten-free biscuits and croquettes that seemed normal. I had a gluten-free temptation pizza (definitely excellent) and my husband a Nonna Pina pizza with charcoal dough. Dessert: tiramisu for my husband and I, a pistachio dessert with a gluten-free Nutella heart. All delicious, happy to have eaten a good gluten-free pizza that wasn't the usual ready-made base!!!! Really congratulations!!! 💯💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I chose to try this pizzeria known through sponsorship on IG. As a celiac, being a pizzeria registered in the AIC circuit, I decided to try it. At the end of the evening, I was very happy to have traveled a few extra kilometers to reach it because it was really worth it. It also offers the entire menu in a gluten free version...until now I hadn't found a pizzeria that made me experience the sensation of eating a gluten-free pizza that made me remember the pizzas I ate before my diagnosis. What can I say, congratulations, it's a pizzeria that I will recommend and I will definitely return, even several times. P.S. Those who were with me at the table gave a fairly positive rating to what they consumed, it also offers the possibility of choice aimed at vegans.

TO TRY WITHOUT A DOUBT...!!!!! Very good appetizers with truly unique choices... the pizzas are of a fairly high standard and they certainly put passion into the composition and creation... we will definitely be back!!! Truly professional and qualified staff always up to the table's questions but the thing that makes this pizzeria stand out from most others is being able to have a selection that goes from starters to pizzas, all gluten-free being in the AIC circuit... the celiac of table enjoyed everything they ate!!! We will definitely be back to try other specialties

Pizzeria senza glutine migliore del Salento. Pizze varie, particolari e corpose. Consiglio di prenotare entro le 21 altrimenti il servizio è un po’ lento.

Locale piccolino ma accogliente, personale gentile e preparato, pizze favolose... nn pensavo che una pizza con la cipolla di tropea potesse essere così buona. Complimenti, tutto molto buono! Un plauso per l'accoglienza e l'accortezza del personale verso il cliente.

Ottima pizza buon impasto soffice e leggero ed ingredienti di qualità. Buon servizio. Locale interno piccolo che fa venire qualche dubbio nel ritornarci durante le stagioni fredde. Da ritornarci.
