We spent 8 days in Nardo and ate here 3 times. The food is so delicious, and you can really taste the high quality of the meat. The side dishes were also perfect. Highly recommended.

They advertise tomahawk steaks from the butcher shop next door. But strangely enough, you have to ask for them; they don't offer them. It is worth doing so, though. You get a delicious piece of meat weighing at least 1 kg. Grilled on the charcoal grill. And the first real fried potatoes. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: Vergari Ristoratori 1966 was a fantastic experience! The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The food was truly exceptional. We started with a mixed antipasto of raw and cooked dishes, both delicious and beautifully presented. I personally tried the "Bottone with red shrimp, cacio e pepe with raw shrimp" and I must say it was extraordinary! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food in a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

31/05/2026: We went to this restaurant yesterday to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. What can I say? It's a very elegant restaurant, with attentive and polite staff and delicious food. If you're near Lecce, I highly recommend it!
24/05/2026: Lovely place with a sedate atmosphere.
