The staff is friendly and welcoming, from the owner to Sergio and the very witty Ahmed. The food is truly traditional; there's no room for out-of-season vegetables; everything is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Excellent value for money. Truly an oasis among the city's myriad tourist traps.

Particularly impressive is the head chef, Salvatore, who continually conjures up new culinary surprises with passion and skill. The cooking here is done with heart and soul – and you can taste it in every bite! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, typically Italian, and ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The service is attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel immediately welcome. A must-try: the antipasti, homemade pasta, and desserts – a poem! 🍷🍝 👉 Conclusion: If you're in Supersano (or the surrounding area), you have to eat here. 24/09/2025: Very good beer, decent focaccia, and a friendly atmosphere that could be improved. It's okay for a quick aperitif... but the price is a bit high for two small slices of focaccia and two take-out beers. They could do better.

07/10/2025: A wonderful experience. Six of us, without a reservation, found a table at 10 pm. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very friendly. The linguine with bottarga and sea urchins was spectacular, and the tartares, like the cod meatballs in a walnut cream, were also delicious.

07/10/2025: I was invited to lunch by a very dear friend, and I must say that everything was just as I'd always expected, both the owner and the delicious food. Impeccable service, super good food, and the wine was delicious. Thank you so much for your culinary offerings; as I mentioned at the table on another occasion, I had the cuttlefish with polenta, a true delight! I'll be back; that's a promise I'll keep even if I don't come with my dear friend! The dessert is tempting, and the special is very inviting. Everything is delicious!
