The estate is an enchanting, elegant, and welcoming place, but what makes it truly unique is the extraordinary attention to every detail. From the setup to the timing, from the impeccable service to the quality of the food, everything was perfect. They took care of every detail with great professionalism and passion, making us feel at ease and pampered at every moment. Our guests were thrilled: the magical atmosphere, the delicious dishes, and the kindness of the staff made the day unforgettable for them too. For us, it was truly special to be able to experience such an important event without worries, knowing we were in the right hands. 18/10/2025: At the beginning of September, we took some friends from Abruzzo for a delicious fish dish. Exquisite dishes served by a very kind and professional man. Such pleasant service is not a given these days. I highly recommend this place. See you next time!

09/10/2025: You can taste the authenticity of the ingredients used, the fresh and light dough. Five of us dined, ordering two pucce, two piadinas, and a pizza. Everything was delicious, generously filled and incredibly light. There's limited seating and only outdoor seating, but the service is quick, and it's beautiful to dine outside on Gallipoli's main street, enjoying the summer sunset. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

08/10/2025: An absolute highlight. A very inconspicuous shop. It has a total of four tables for seating. But the sandwiches are fantastic. This is especially thanks to the freshly baked bread, which comes warm from the oven. We got the traditional sandwich to go. Five minutes later, we had to go back for a second one. Truly delicious!

25/08/2025: Not far from Lecce, this small restaurant has a lovely garden. The waitress was lovely, and we felt pampered from start to finish. The cuisine is excellent and refined. I highly recommend the tasting menu, which allows you to fully experience the chef's cuisine and the careful selection of ingredients. Very reasonable prices for fabulous food. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as we return to Puglia.

30/08/2025: The pinsas are really good, with plenty of filling, and the fried food is delicious. The staff is really kind and attentive. Prices are average, and portions are satisfying.

Particularly impressive is the head chef, Salvatore, who continually conjures up new culinary surprises with passion and skill. The cooking here is done with heart and soul – and you can taste it in every bite! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, typically Italian, and ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The service is attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel immediately welcome. A must-try: the antipasti, homemade pasta, and desserts – a poem! 🍷🍝 👉 Conclusion: If you're in Supersano (or the surrounding area), you have to eat here. 29/09/2025: We had an amazing evening in this restaurant. The food was really good and authentic. Salvatore and Stefania are extremely kind. Thanks for everything, we will definitely come back !

12/10/2025: Even though we were the only people in the restaurant, we had to wait for 40min for food. The fries and both burgers that we had, were tasteless and dry. Meat was greasy and not well cooked nor spiced. Staff didn't speak English and weren't very attentive. The only positive thing were the croquettes, which we had as an appetizer - they were delicious, but I would never dine here again. And the on repeat cover band playlist was atrocious.

15/09/2025: The atmosphere is comfortable, both on summer and winter evenings, refined and welcoming. The service is kind and friendly. Even though there were 18 of us, the dishes were served promptly, without any waiting. For this alone, the experience deserves 5 stars!

24/10/2025: A very lovely restaurant run proudly by a family. Their food was advertised as being from their own land. EDIT: while the menu itself didn’t show many vegetarian options the restaurant have said they are happy to cater if asked directly. We were just too British and polite to ask for the menu to be changed for us! But the meat and fish dishes looked lavishly delicious. I think their menu changes depending on what they are producing.
