03/11/2025: I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant for the first time. I had a wonderful appetizer and main course, expertly prepared, and you could taste the fresh ingredients. There are two larger and two smaller rooms. What I noticed was the true professionalism, and the tables were all well-spaced, giving everyone plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. I also want to applaud the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be back soon for a lovely evening with family and friends.

The owner is an extremely kind person and attentive to his customers. The bill was correct.. Recommended.

My only suggestion (I hope it's implemented) would be to see the words "Wood-fired oven" written on both the sign and the product labels: but Mr. Piero is absorbed in his work and less in communication. Perhaps he takes this type of baking for granted, which is a tradition here, but requires a great deal of effort and dedication from those who make it and shouldn't be underestimated. However, I think it's worth HIGHLIGHTING: everyone in the area knows about it, but there are also tourists and those just passing through, and this could help them better understand and appreciate the effort put into producing their baked goods.
