18/08/2025: Thank you Saponeria in Gallipoli. What an amazing laid back lovely bar in the old town overlooking the sea/beach. It has a nice courtyard with comfortable seats and a front area to sit. Good drinks, lovely cocktails and friendly staff, who work hard. The music kept us going back time and time again. August 2025.

Located on a breathtaking terrace overlooking the coast, the view alone is worth the visit: the sunset here seems painted every evening especially for guests. The service is impeccable. The professional waiters are always smiling, attentive but never intrusive. They make you feel at home in a dreamlike setting, expertly guiding you through the menu and recommending cocktails that surprise with their flavor and balance. And speaking of cocktails... the bartender at Il Triangolo Azzurro is a true artist. Watching him at work is a spectacle: he's reminiscent of Tom Cruise, but with more class and without the need for a movie set. His drinks are true creations, meticulously crafted and served with a touch of theatricality that makes every sip memorable. A place where the sea is reflected in the glasses and time seems to slow down. Il Triangolo Azzurro is the perfect destination for those seeking atmosphere, quality, and a touch of magic.

12/08/2025: On Monday, August 11, 2025, in Muro Leccese, you can listen to "I Nomadi." What occasion could you have dinner and listen to the band? So, with friends, we went to the Nonna Rosa restaurant. A pleasant atmosphere with friendly waiters. We took reservations and waited for our dishes. There were 10 of us. After a wait of about 90 minutes, seven diners were served, and three still had to wait. How long? We don't know. After another 15 minutes, we tried to hurry, to no avail. After another interminable wait, they served everyone the requested first course. Surprise, about ten spaghetti dishes were slightly overcooked and battered. Probably cooked in two batches. Deplorable service; the waiters and kitchen should coordinate. Prices are those of a 4-star restaurant. Maybe because there are tourists, maybe because they want to earn in two months what they should earn in a year, but one thing is certain: Nonna Rosa won't see me again, not even if they invite me.

22/06/2025: Unique location on the highest tower in the town with a 360 degree view of Leuca, the sea is all around you. Other rooms are available on the lower floors. The wine list is quality, I recommend the Primitivo di Manduria ARCHEE. The menu also tells the story of the Apulian territory. Prices are higher than the average for the town, but fair. The extra charge for dining on the terrace is high, especially because I expected a more exclusive treatment, not "noisy" as there are screaming children. However, the waiters and dining room staff are good and helpful. Excellent quality of the food used, preparation and plating.

05/06/2025: A dream wedding cake: elegant, spectacular and delicious! Ugo's pastry shop created a wedding cake for us that exceeded all expectations. Elegant in shape, perfect in detail, but above all exquisite in taste. Ugo is a true master of dessert, capable of combining art and flavor in a perfect balance. Punctual, professional and attentive service at every stage, from the choice of flavor to the final delivery. Highly recommended to all couples who want a truly unforgettable moment. 10/08/2025: A small place away from the noise. Lovely, helpful staff, going out of their way to understand you and serve you as best they can. And a homemade pasta dish with anchovies and lemon zest to die for! One of the best culinary experiences for me. I recommend it!

26/08/2025: At Le Bionde restaurant, you'll enjoy a unique experience. The fish is incredibly fresh and the ingredients are of the highest quality, prepared with care and passion. The three waiters are always kind and attentive, ready to satisfy every need with a smile. A special shout-out to the great Pinos and especially to Angelo, the chef, whose mastery in the kitchen transforms every dish into a masterpiece. This place is truly worth a visit!

24/08/2025: It was very surprising to realise that this Japanese place is way better than any other I’ve been eating, even in great restaurants in Japan or New York. The food was impeccably cooked, rich in flavours and balanced. The Sashimi was out-worldly and the Ramen changed the way I look at this food from now on. My eternal gratitude to chef Hirotsugu Aisu for bringing his craftsmanship to Europe. It will definitely be a good reason to return to Puglia.

23/08/2025: We went to Yumi Izakaya last Tuesday with three of us, and it was a truly excellent experience. We ordered several dishes to try a bit of everything: dashi gyoza, takoyaki, soft shell crab, tonkotsu shio ramen, ebi yaki soba, katsukare, and finally the dorayaki. Everything was delicious, with attention to detail and authentic flavors. Some less positive notes concern the service, which was a bit slow, and the upstairs setting, where the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was quite hot. Furthermore, the wooden panels in front of the counter where we were seated were stained with spills, probably left by those who had eaten there before us. Nothing serious, but with a little more attention, it would have been perfect. I recommend, if possible, asking for a table downstairs, where the atmosphere is wonderful, with the chefs cooking right in front of you. In any case, Yumi Izakaya remains a top-notch Japanese restaurant, absolutely worth trying.

03/06/2025: It was a spectacular and relaxing experience. The owners Graziano and Caterina are special people who with their friendliness make the holiday even more pleasant even if it is only a few days. The SPA is spectacular, relaxing and individual, there are expert people who make you relax with their messages. In particular the owner who with her friendliness and professionalism as a complete beautician makes even short holidays super pleasant. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️.

23/04/2025: I would say the Masseria 10 in all quality and price...the owners Graziano and Caterina were very kind, it felt like being in a family...the rooms were tidy and clean...you could really smell the clean smell...abundant breakfast, if you want there is also savory...and I would say the food is too much...diet doesn't exist here...well done guys...next time I have to opt for the spa, see you next time
