26/08/2025: A trip to Lecce to see the city? To celebrate Sant'Oronzo? No. The wife is looking for a shop, in August, with the heat, the half-hour, and the children asking for the bathroom. I slip into an unknown and anonymous café that had struck me with its 1980s-style window. I meet Mr. Bruno, an octogenarian pastry chef, who tells me about his life and his desserts. A wonderful experience.

17/08/2025: The coffee was fantastic, the service was quick, and it was very local, from another era. The mini sfogliattela was delicious.

21/06/2025: We found this restaurant spontaneously on Google. Feeling hungry, we decided to go in and order pizza. They offer some very unique types of pizza. The prices were reasonable. While the service could have been a bit faster, everything else was excellent.

19/06/2025: My favorite pizzeria, I always come here now. The pizzas are excellent, the prices are average and the staff is kind. I don't know what to do without ❤️

25/09/2025: TERRIFYING! We were regulars at the bar/ice cream shop, but after what happened, not only will we never return, I fear I won't even be able to eat ice cream for a long time to come. While I was enjoying a Black Cherry ice cream (which already had a different flavor than usual), what I thought was a candied cherry turned out to be a COCKROACH, complete with legs. The horror and disgust are indescribable. As if that weren't enough, when I understood my reaction, the owner not only didn't apologize, but dismissed me with a chilling: "These things can happen." The fact that an insect could wander into a restaurant is questionable enough, but finding one in a food served to customers is unacceptable. Never again, Coco Loco.

20/09/2025: Excellent pizza, as was the location. We'll definitely be back. When we booked, I was told we'd be seated inside, but when we arrived, we found the tables set up outside in the cool. Thanks again.

07/10/2025: This is for back in June . Didn’t even make it to try the food that in all honesty looked amazing. Sadly my partner and I were ignored for over 20 minutes and not even our drinks order taken while staff’s attention was devoted to other tables . After the generous and lengthy wait we decided to inform one of 2 female waiters that we were delighted about the gorgeous stray cats surrounding our table but not very happy with the prolonged and complete lack of attention towards us. So we left . One star because nobody even care that we left . Evidently we were not cool enough for this establishment. But hey …don’t worry we won’t come back so your cool spot is safe from us !

16/09/2025: A culinary experience you won't soon forget! As soon as you enter this restaurant in Italy, you can sense the special atmosphere – warm, inviting, and full of attention to detail. The food was simply fantastic: everything was incredibly fresh, of the highest quality, and prepared with so much passion that every bite was a little celebration. The harmony of flavors was particularly impressive – you can taste that only the finest ingredients are used here and that the chefs have mastered their craft to perfection. Added to that, the service left nothing to be desired: attentive, warm, and professional, without ever being intrusive. This restaurant is more than just a place to eat – it's an experience for all the senses. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the true essence of Italy. An insider tip you don't really want to share – but still treat everyone to!

29/09/2025: I celebrated my wedding in this stunning and wonderful resort... everything was perfect, everything was super, I have no words to describe it all, I felt like a princess... But my special thanks goes to Sara, a helpful, kind, super welcoming girl with polite manners who tries in every way to help you to make the wedding even more special... All my guests still talk about this resort and the good food and the beautiful location... 21/09/2025: Absolutely terrible service! My daughter celebrated her wedding there in August. The location and venue are gorgeous. However, since another wedding was scheduled to take place after ours, the entire meal was served in a rush, and the choice of fish or meat was practically ignored. Even after repeated requests, the alternative pre-ordered meat dish still didn't arrive. The six-piece band was instructed by the restaurant to play their last song and call it a night at 5:30 p.m., even though the band had been booked and paid for by my daughter. The other venue (cake and dessert), which wasn't a problem for us—in the winter garden instead of the roof terrace because of the weather (next to the restaurant hall, where the other party was supposed to be), unfortunately, everything went much too quickly, and practically everything was cleared away while the guests were still sitting. If they then asked for a drink or coffee, they were told they were out of stock or that it wasn't available, as otherwise there would be a commotion with the other couple. I am truly disappointed with this service, especially since this should have been the couple's most special day, and it had been planned with great care down to the last detail for over a year, not to mention the financial aspect. I think a restaurant that hosts two weddings on the same day should handle it more professionally, as well as have the capacity of the venue, even in bad weather, and not practically throw them out with such gestures. It would have only been fair and honest if the restaurant had pointed out that as soon as the other couple arrived, they should leave so that the party wouldn't mix (this was always denied after repeated inquiries). Unfortunately, I can't give my daughter any more advice in this regard, but my two sons certainly won't be celebrating their wedding there, nor will many of the young guests who have also expressed their concerns. The restaurant gets a bad impression from the guests who have experienced this firsthand and complained, which is a shame because the place and the food are great.

15/09/2025: Terrible pizza, exorbitant prices for the quality of the ingredients. Furthermore, calling it pizza is an insult to the tradition of this food; you'll receive a small pizza with minimal ingredients. All this will leave you feeling thirsty and heavy all night.

10/09/2025: The food was excellent, both in quality and preparation. The restaurant was beautiful, with a pleasant terrace and a large, convenient parking lot. The service was slow, and that's understandable. Unfortunately, we (a group of eight) were the victims of a mistake because, as we were candidly informed after a two-hour wait after eating our appetizer, our order had been lost. When we complained about the long delay, we were told, in an almost intimidating and arrogant manner, that it was Saturday night and it was fine if we waited. Then the cherry on top. The same person (acting like the owner, probably the owner) repeatedly yelled at us as we were walking to the parking lot, saying, "But you never make mistakes in your job." A terrible experience. What a shame.

08/09/2025: The quality of the food is unquestionable, but the overall experience was awful. After waiting more than thirty minutes to order, we were brought an appetizer, then waited over two hours for the main course. After threatening to leave, the dishes finally arrived at the table, but by then we were no longer hungry, and the drinks had become warm (one beer was sent back, already reduced to broth). But beyond the wait, which was frankly intolerable, the worst thing was the attitude of the restaurant manager. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience (apparently they had literally forgotten our order), he almost attacked us because we "dared" to say we weren't satisfied with the dinner. "Why, you never make mistakes in your work?" he asked us, without the slightest intention of correcting his mistakes. To top it all off, he even made us pay for the beer, which, almost unused, had been returned to the kitchen because it had become undrinkable due to the colossal delay. In short, good food but terrible management. I definitely won't be returning.

21/08/2025: I stumbled upon Bar New Tandem in Cavallino almost by chance while looking for some sweets for my mother-in-law, who was taking them with her to Naples. It was around 9:00-9:30 in the morning, so a fairly normal time for breakfast, but upon entering, I immediately noticed that the display case, despite being very large, was almost empty: just a few pasticciottos and a few other sweets. I must admit that the initial impression wasn't the best, especially considering the place is quite well-known and well-reviewed online. Luckily, we managed to grab the last pasticciottos available, which we tried right away and took away. And I must say, the product itself is truly delicious: the crumbly pastry, the perfectly sweet cream, and a flavor that reveals the quality of the ingredients and the artisanal craftsmanship. This is precisely why it's even more disappointing not to have found a larger display case, because it's natural to think how unfortunate it would be to limit yourself to trying just a couple of desserts when the entire lineup is probably truly worth it. The prices are fair, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which definitely adds to the overall experience. All in all, I'd say the place is worth a visit, but perhaps it's best to go at a slightly later time than I did, when the sweets are fully stocked. If you happen to be passing through Cavallino, it's definitely worth stopping by and sampling their products, starting with the pasticciotto, which remains a guaranteed success.

09/09/2025: I had an ice cream, it was really good, the staff were polite, and the price was reasonable. Even though I only had an ice cream cone, I was able to use the outdoor seating, which I found very appropriate. Well done, highly recommended place.
