23/03/2025: Esperienza superlativa sotto tutto i punti di vista. Il locale è molto curato, il personale è estremamente attento e gentile, poi la cucina è come dire basata su una rivisitazione della tradizione conservando la genuinità della cucina delle nostre nonne. Con un vasto menù propongono piatti di terra e mare, in porzioni abbondanti ma di qualità altissima. Il pesce è freschissimo, trattato con maestria e sapientemente abbinato agli altri sapori. Un pranzo o una cena in questo ristorante è una vera coccola, si percepisce la passione in ogni dettaglio, veramente ad un passo dal Duomo. Vale la pena fare 20 - 30 km per concedersi questo piacere? Assolutamente sì e auguro a tutti di concederselo più spesso.

29/01/2025: I was nearby for a work event and discovered this oven by chance. My colleague and I bought everything we could to take with us to Rome. The owners are very kind and friendly. We hope to return to Lecce soon to refuel again! :)

14/03/2025: "The perfect evening in Nardò!" A venue that combines the highest quality food, entertaining shows and music for dancing. Saturday evening like Friday is now a fixed stop for us, we never miss it and then the staff is impeccable, professional and fun at the same time, in short, you can't miss it also because if you go once, you always want to come back!!! I LOVE IT ♥️

10/10/2024: Expensive to eat and continue to visit, a fry made by non-professional staff, there was no flour mixture, full of oil, with the squid I could make gaskets for the petrol pipes, the sandwich was normal + coffee water, between thirty and forty euros, good quantity of food. My fishmonger who does the frying some days gives me perfect fried food in 5 minutes. The place even made me wait a bit, and it was just us.

17/04/2025: The place is very nice, spacious and the staff is very friendly. The quality of the food did not seem excellent to me, starting from the decidedly tasteless marinated tuna, up to the swordfish carpaccio, soaked in vinegar to excess. I didn't mind the pizza by the slice.

26/12/2024: In the Piazza del Palazzo Ducale in Alessano, the air smells good and the fresh breeze inebriates you. We had dinner in this extremely welcoming place. Mrs. Eleonora herself showed us the menu. We tasted excellent fish and very fresh local products, well presented and with generous portions. Adequate prices. Well done! We returned because the restaurant and location won us over, we learned that the management is familiar and well looked after by Mrs. Eleonora and her three children. The girl who followed us explained the interesting history of the ancient building in which the restaurant is located and which was owned by the Sangiovanni dukes and has recently been restored. For dinner we were offered an amazing rosé wine with exactly the required characteristics. In short, everything was excellent: loction, food service and good wine. Compliments!!

28/01/2025: It’s a no-frills, simple restaurant frequented by locals. The pizzas are huge and very good. You will get what you pay for! The service is friendly. On the other hand, try not to pay too much attention to the music otherwise you will realize that the same song is playing in a loop every 2 minutes :-) A good alternative to the more “tourist” oriented restaurants in the historic center and on the seafront.

31/12/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il cenone, nel menu come entree c’era un uovo con il tartufo veramente spettacolare, anche il resto delle portate era ottimo, anche i vini serviti erano ottimi,location accogliente e curata , personale attento e disponibile, ci ritornerò . Il capocollo con burratina è stato fantastico per non parlare dello spiedino di bombette e per finire le sagne ncannulate con straccetti. Una cucina strepitosa. Complimenti allo chef. Personale attento e gentile. Grazie di cuore per aver dedicato la canzone preferita a nostro figlio Tommaso, si è divertito tantissimo!!! Super consigliato!! Non vediamo l'ora di venirvi a trovare ancora.

02/01/2025: Large and tastefully furnished rooms....comfortable bed...soft towels.....good breakfast served in the room...(only sweet)...internal parking and very nice garden...I gave 4 stars for the service because the water in the shower was not very hot....otherwise a highly recommended place
