13/06/2025: Come ogni anno quando veniamo a lecce ormai è tappa fissa. Buonissimi i crostini con i ricci e il risotto. Peccato che avevano dimenticato di servirci il calice di vino chiesto con l' ordine dei piatti. Per il resto sempre al top

27/05/2025: Cena a base di sushi davvero ottima! Pesce fresco, piatti ben presentati e una grande varietà nel menù. Ogni portata era deliziosa e curata nei dettagli. L’unica pecca sono stati i tempi di attesa, un po’ lunghi, soprattutto tra una portata e l’altra. Detto questo, la qualità del cibo ripaga l’attesa. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

19/07/2025: Just above the port parking lot and before the beach, this is an essential stop for a delicious, traditional Apulian breakfast. Excellent cappuccino and unforgettable pasticciotti, available in every flavor, from the classic to the creamy berry version. The pistachio one is a must-try. Highly recommended.

31/08/2025: Very nice and relaxing atmosphere, but almost no vegetarian options, and the paccheri were cooked too quickly (the kitchen responded to my comment, "Paccheri should be cooked this way"). The cuisine/price is significantly overrated compared to the quality of the dishes.

24/08/2025: It was very surprising to realise that this Japanese place is way better than any other I’ve been eating, even in great restaurants in Japan or New York. The food was impeccably cooked, rich in flavours and balanced. The Sashimi was out-worldly and the Ramen changed the way I look at this food from now on. My eternal gratitude to chef Hirotsugu Aisu for bringing his craftsmanship to Europe. It will definitely be a good reason to return to Puglia.

23/08/2025: We went to Yumi Izakaya last Tuesday with three of us, and it was a truly excellent experience. We ordered several dishes to try a bit of everything: dashi gyoza, takoyaki, soft shell crab, tonkotsu shio ramen, ebi yaki soba, katsukare, and finally the dorayaki. Everything was delicious, with attention to detail and authentic flavors. Some less positive notes concern the service, which was a bit slow, and the upstairs setting, where the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was quite hot. Furthermore, the wooden panels in front of the counter where we were seated were stained with spills, probably left by those who had eaten there before us. Nothing serious, but with a little more attention, it would have been perfect. I recommend, if possible, asking for a table downstairs, where the atmosphere is wonderful, with the chefs cooking right in front of you. In any case, Yumi Izakaya remains a top-notch Japanese restaurant, absolutely worth trying.

09/09/2025: The feeling is that of sitting on a stage, between the Castle and the church, evocative, romantic. Zero-cost products, grown in the backyard, with love and passion. And cooked with equal mastery. A home kitchen, the home of our memories, of childhood, of our grandparents. A cuisine that communicates love and sweetness. An experience to be relived and relived again.

24/08/2025: The experience was anything but positive: the owner regarded the customers with a condescending attitude and an inexplicable air of superiority, despite the dishes being absolutely disappointing, from start to finish. The dishes were meager and tasteless, far from expectations. Furthermore, some of the restaurant's imposed policies—such as the lack of common drinks (no Coke, wine, or other non-local foods)—seemed more like an ideological stance than a real added value to the dining experience. Never ask for a carrot or a salad: they'll greet you with a look somewhere between shocked and offended, as if you'd just asked for the impossible! The only positive note was the splendor of Felline's piazza and the aroma of the dishes served by the adjacent restaurants.

06/06/2025: Highly recommended 👍👍👍 The food was delicious 😋 The value for money was great 👍 During our stay in Puglia, we ate here on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the opening hours shown on Google are incorrect. We wanted to go again on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday, but after checking by phone, the restaurant was closed on those days. Therefore, it's best to call ahead and reserve a table if necessary, as it gets busy. A menu is only available by scanning the QR code. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area 🫶

24/08/2025: The place is truly enchanting. It's a shame, however, that of the two Gallipoli oysters we had—very good—one was practically empty (given the cost and weight, I wouldn't have served it), and that the cuttlefish and fried fish included in the appetizer were at times rubbery. The lobster bavette was commendable. They could have done better. Overall, a pleasant evening, but I wouldn't repeat it.

18/06/2025: Ottima atmosfera, servizio veloce e personale cortese. Ho provato la Pizza Gina: impasto leggero e condimenti top. Inutile dire che continua a essere una conferma, che sia un aperitivo con amici, un’ottima cena o un cocktail serale!

09/09/2025: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, we ordered a first course, a calamarata with black olives, aubergine and tuna... really good, followed by a fried dish which wasn't bad at all, shame about some of the frozen ingredients, the unpleasant thing was when they brought us the tuna steak with arugula and parmesan... what can I say, it had a very strong, unpleasant smell, definitely inedible, as if it had gone bad!!! We had it brought back but no one to talk to for an explanation... everyone disappeared, except for one boy in the dining room who, poor thing, put his face on the line by bringing the dish back. We asked for the bill, hoping that the same waiter who welcomed us would return, but nothing... everyone disappeared... who knows, maybe we knew we had been served a dish with bad tuna, let's put it that way....... I don't think we'll go back

06/09/2025: This restaurant deserves much better than the reviews it has received. The food is excellent (far better than restaurants on the same street) and the staff is very friendly.

11/09/2025: We stopped at this location for a quick dinner. Excellent location in the center of Otranto, excellent food, and a very friendly Katia, the lady who takes care of the outdoor tables.

10/09/2025: Today I was lucky enough to visit Sosta e Gusta, a pucceria in Otranto. I had two pucce and a fritto misto. I'm speechless, delicious, amazing dishes. They have plenty of seating, so even though it was rush hour, I didn't have to wait. Being from Tuglie but on vacation, I wasn't lucky enough to visit before. The staff is fantastic, very kind. I'll definitely be back!!!
