08/08/2025: Very expensive compared to other options nearby. The food was okay but not great, the portions were somewhat small, and the food came out lukewarm and very fast. The service however was very poor, it was difficult to get a waiter, we were not given a wine list to begin with and, after we requested a list and asked for a bottle (of which 4 of the listed bottles were unavailable), it never arrived. This was removed from the bill, though. The manager explained when we paid that they were very busy that night, however, I wouldn't recommend this. I've read this is popular with locals, but as a tourist, this wasn't a good experience. Reading other reviews, I think we perhaps just got unlucky.

02/08/2025: Il cibo viene servito dopo attese leggermente lunghe ma nonostante ciò rimane un posto stupendo. La location è l'atmosfera sono meravigliose, i prezzi sono giusti per un ristorante di questo tipo ed il cibo è veramente ottimo. Inoltre il personale è gentilissimo e molto cordiale, ci tornerei sicuramente.

02/08/2025: Un posto veramente accogliente, con staff gentilissimo! La cucina ottima e i prezzi giusti. Anche la scelta di musica eccellente. Non trovo difetti in questo posto,lo consiglio per chi vuole passare un’ottima serata a godersi il paesaggio strepitoso.

07/08/2025: A small restaurant in the historic center of Salve. A welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, despite being in a closed courtyard. Original yet understated dishes, with Mediterranean and Salento flavors, always well-prepared. Fair prices.

29/07/2025: The food was good, but the service was very disappointing. As tourists, we felt unwelcome – the staff barely spoke English and made little effort to help us. It's a shame, because with a little more hospitality, this could have been a wonderful experience.

11/07/2025: Everything was excellent. The only flaw, now common throughout Salento, is the price. Restaurants are incredibly expensive. The €80 per person price tag has become accepted. A plate of mussels, good, was €20. Exorbitant prices. I'm Italian, though, so I'm a bit of a complainer. But there were six English people sitting next to me. The poor father must have shelled out around €450 by the end of the evening; he was staring blankly. He spoke little. He was already imagining the rest. We'll be moving next year. We need to show some dissatisfaction. Quality can be maintained even at a reasonable price.

11/08/2025: Found it on a friend's recommendation for a last-minute birthday dinner. The place is basic, but the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. They even gave us a discount. Really satisfied. Recommended.

29/06/2025: Really nice place, but accessibility was a bit poor, there was no parking but luckily when we arrived we parked right in front, the place is really enriched with paintings, guitars and coat hangers, I give 5 stars only because in the bathroom there is a mirror that can be adjusted😂

04/08/2025: This wasn't what I expected. After my initial visit, I expected a perfect pizza. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven. The atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered takeout. The dishes were prepared quickly, and the service was very friendly. After tasting the first pizza (Capricciosa), it turned out to have a distinct... fishy flavor that practically dominated everything else. The pizza was certainly fresh, and the seafood ingredients were probably added by accident. The Bralesaola, on the other hand, was dominated by the sharp flavor of the cheese, which was of good quality. But the bresaola wasn't noticeable. They certainly don't serve bad pizza there, but expectations were much higher. And the Capricciosa certainly shouldn't have a strong fishy aftertaste. In any case, if you're hungry, feel free to come in and try it. Don't expect fireworks, though.

The interior was furnished by an architect and honestly, the work for me is promoted to excellent marks You eat based on what you order also for each event, it must be booked .... we were for the 18th, but you can book a hot summer Sunday, using the pool. ..... the shots, taken in the evening or this morning, when I went to collect the food and the remaining cake, speak for themselves!
