14/09/2025: We had the great pleasure of dining at La Rillo—and it was a truly exceptional experience. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and full of authentic flavors. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the start. The ambiance also won us over: the small restaurant is tastefully decorated and creates a very welcoming atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease and can enjoy your meal in complete relaxation. For us, it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in Puglia so far—highly recommended!

18/01/2026: If I could put a zero, I'd put a minus one. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the owner, who yelled at me after I reported a wait of over an hour. Despite deciding to stay, the welcome was terrible, the table still set from the previous dinner, the waiter insulted a friend of mine, the bathroom was filthy like I've rarely seen before, the tap water didn't work, and not even a discount at the register after what happened. Not only is it not recommended, but I hope they also carry out the necessary checks.

30/11/2025: We were there a month ago, we ate very well, I, who am gluten intolerant, ate a pasta s/g with clams which was nothing short of fabulous.

15/11/2025: We were at the restaurant last year and had a wonderful time. For this reason, we decided to return this year, and the experience was once again excellent. The food is very good, delicious dishes of excellent quality, fresh fish carefully prepared by the owner's mother. This time we ate: raw red prawns, octopus, a couple of different pasta dishes, pasticciotto cake, homemade limoncello—all delicious! But what makes the restaurant even more special, besides the little square it overlooks, is the owner's warm welcome, his wife's attentive service, and the professionalism and expertise of the two family members in the dining room, who made us feel at home and ensured a wonderful evening. 15/11/2025: We went to Papilla this evening and had a wonderful time. The sushi was really good, fresh, and carefully prepared. We had two seafood starters, linguine and Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti, both excellent. I recommend the deconstructed tiramisu and the apple puff pastry. We finished with a cognac accompanied by dark chocolate and shortbread cookies. The service was attentive, and we felt pampered throughout the evening. Keep up the good work.

Excellent cuisine with unique and beautifully presented dishes; we particularly enjoyed the bombette. Excellent service. I recommend booking, especially in high season.

16/02/2026: We chose this trattoria to spend Valentine's Day with a group of friends, and I must say it's a beautiful and delicious trattoria in the center of town. It's tastefully decorated, the service excellent, and the menu is very inviting, offering a wide variety of unique dishes from our Salento cuisine, revisited and beautifully presented. Above all, we tried the various appetizers, from the excellent cheese platter to the vegetables and typical dishes cooked according to Salento culinary traditions, including delicious "pittule Salentine," homemade potato croquettes, special fried meatballs, and delicious first and second courses—all of which allowed us to sample a variety of delicacies. I must say that all the dishes we chose were of excellent quality, both in terms of the use of high-quality and fresh ingredients, the excellent selection of wines, and finally, a delicious dessert. A key aspect of this trattoria is that the kitchen is on the first floor, thus separate from the lunch and dinner area. This ensures that the downstairs dining room, where service takes place, is clean and free of kitchen odors. Therefore, you can leave after lunch or dinner without getting your clothes smelly. This is a key aspect of this place. I highly recommend it.

08/01/2026: September 2025. We're seated in the garden, but unfortunately, pigeon droppings are falling from the "sky" directly onto the table and glasses. When asked to intervene, the solution offered is a napkin strategically placed on the stains, as if the problem were merely aesthetic. Perhaps we underestimate the hygienic implications of pigeon poop? A surreal and decidedly unreassuring experience.
