23/02/2025: Anche questa volta, dopo parecchio tempo, non siamo rimasti stupiti di nulla: solita qualità delle materie prime, solita bontà delle pizze, solite professionalità e cortesia del personale di sala, solita atmosfera rilassante, nonostante la location fosse piena di commensali del sabato sera, solito rapporto qualità-prezzo accattivante. Plauso alla location.

11/03/2025: June 1981 Salò Lake Garda VS Salento wow Magic bridge. And all these years still fantastic, meeting people like the owner of Acquanegra (Luca) and Francesco was pleasant. Even if you are full you would like to continue. Each course has clear, delicate flavours. We chose to walk home with the super and genuine wine. Thanks Luca and see you next time from Ferdi and Andrea. A note: we want you slimmer.

09/03/2025: Very nice place, we are in Castrignano dei Greci, in the heart of Grecìa Salentina, relaxing atmosphere, very high quality and refined food. The non-trivial cold cuts and cheese platter, great refinement and quality products from all over Puglia and from areas of excellence in Italy. Quality meat served in an excellent way. High quality wine list (my passion) at fair prices, both with local labels (I appreciated the presence of Morella) and also national and international prestigious bottles. I preferred a 2018 Burgundy pinot noir, excellent value for money. Even the bitters are not banal but refined. Well done Alessandro in the room. Congratulations to Luca (the owner) who puts so much passion into it, and it shows. This is an example of what I would like to find more of around, every time I go out to dine. Thank you. 31/03/2025: My experience was not very positive for a simple reason without taking anything away from your wonderful RESTAURANT EXCELLENT AND VERY PLEASANT FOR ALL BUT CONGRATULATIONS TO MY TABLE (UNFORTUNATELY I HAPPENED TO A VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAITER HE WAS VERY HURRY HE TAKED THE PLATES AWAY IMMEDIATELY, HE POURED ME A TRAY OF FISH SAUCE ON MY WHITE SHIRT IN A HURRY TO TAKE THE PLATES AWAY. OTHERWISE MY EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE CONGRATULATIONS AND BEAUTIFUL ELEGANT AND DISTINCT I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY, I JUST WANTED TO SPECIFY THIS SMALL DETAIL 💪

16/03/2025: I don't think I can, just in words, describe what "our day" was for us thanks to Giuseppe and his staff! 5 stars are not enough... we were looking for a location by the sea, our sea, but none of them gave us that "wow" we wanted! With Augustus it was love at first sight! It was her, our location, perfect for our "yes". Giuseppe was a true host, from the first moment, that hot, torrid, July 21, 2023, in which he welcomed us to understand and talk about our needs. That availability and that attention, I think are rare to find like this! After 9 months, there is not a guest who still does not remember the wonder of everything, from the location, the sea view, the organization and above all, absolutely, the quality of the food... the fish, that fresh fish that tasted of the sea in your mouth! A flavor still alive in everyone's memories! The availability to welcome us already the previous evening to stay and then settle us on site in two different rooms on the wedding day ... the little attentions of Rosario and Francesca (the Wedding planner offered by them) made the big difference! The square of the lights was unique! Salento in the heart and in the eyes! We can't wait to return for our anniversary and who knows, even for other events! Thank you Giuseppe and thank you Augustus for giving us our greatest emotions for the day of our yes!

23/12/2024: A very nice place, open off-season. From the entrance, the atmosphere of a typical pizzeria, free tables, very good, filling pizza served quickly, a bit too much cheese for me, but that's my problem :) German bottled beer and Italian beer from a stick. It was very pleasant to sit there and for me it was a big plus that it was open in December.

25/10/2024: We discovered this pizzeria in autumn, the atmosphere is harmonious, the food (pizza) from the stone oven is simply great and the prices are really reasonable. Absolutely recommended.

03/03/2025: Excellent location, with ample parking adjacent to the structure, rustic and welcoming place, courteous and knowledgeable staff. You spend little and eat very well! If you are in the area, highly recommended.

13/04/2025: La location è datata, ma con una nuova gestione familiare. Pulizia e igiene dappertutto, tre ampie sale interne e tavoli all'esterno in un grande giardino accogliente. Prodotti di ottima qualità (no frozen!) che impreziosiscono i piatti e/o le pizze che arrivano al tavolo. In sala regna la cortesia e il garbo, abbinati ad una professionalità non indifferente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale. Unica nota dolente, il frastuono delle conversazioni quando comincia a riempirsi la sala.

30/10/2024: Questo posto mi ha lasciato semplicemente senza parole, qualità dei prodotti eccellente, una grandissima varietà di piatti nel menù a partire dagli antipasti deliziosi per arrivare al primo ovvero paccheri all’ astice che si può definire sublime. Il miglior ristorante dove abbia mai mangiato e non vedo l’ora di ritornarci. I miei complimenti vanno anche allo staff super gentile e preparato e allo chef Alberto che ci ha regalato un tripudio di sapori, altra nota positiva alla particolare attenzione al gluten free!

12/10/2024: Very scenic restaurant, especially the outdoor room and in summer it is truly fantastic. We came to this restaurant attracted by the positive reviews, especially from locals. We ate well, but we expected something more. There are very few mixed raw seafood options and perhaps this is where we expected more: average flavor, not exceptional. The frying on the other hand was really delicious, masterfully fried!
