06/07/2025: This morning, together with my Platone, after a day in the heat of Lecce, I stopped at this place, where I was welcomed with kindness and attention. A good aperitif with a nice cold beer with some appetizers. My puppy immediately received special attention with a nice bowl of water and a biscuit. The place has style, the music too. I hope to return.

Very contemporary, very clean, very “let’s open a bottle and order everything with tentacles.” 🐙 The menu is fish-focused (big surprise, given the name) but doesn’t just play the hits, there’s a nice mix of local and creative without getting too fancy. You won’t need a translator, a sommelier, or a second mortgage. The staff? Genuinely lovely. The kind of people who smile like they actually mean it - rare and deeply appreciated. And yes, the gin flows. Pair your cozze with a cocktail and pretend you’re making healthy life choices. Highly recommend if you like seafood, don’t mind a little modern flair, and appreciate being treated like a human instead of a table number. 🐟🍸

08/08/2025: Everything was delicious: the quality and freshness of the ingredients (fish) was commendable, the service was attentive and punctual, the wait times were adequate and not long, the portions were just right even for large eaters, the prices were fair, and the location was charming, even for romantic dinners. We'd already been there in the summer (as tourists) the year it opened, and I had a great impression. Returning this year (as tourists again) with a couple of friends who were on holiday there, it was a confirmation worthy of trust and to recommend it to both outsiders and locals who hadn't yet heard of it. In addition to the fish menu, it also offers other meat and local dishes, as well as pizzas. I think the raw seafood and cooked fish are the real highlight, and they're also competitively priced. Congratulations! Highly recommended.

17/07/2025: We discovered "La Bottega dei Sapori Salentini" at the end of our vacation, looking for something delicious to take home... and we found so much more. The owner, Simona, is a fantastic person: kind, thoughtful, and able to make you feel immediately at ease, as if you were walking into the home of a longtime friend. I was having difficulty walking due to a minor injury, and without a second thought, she left the shop to help my girlfriend carry our bags to the car. Her kindness and helpfulness truly touched us. We want to compliment her not only on her wonderful welcome, but also on the food her mother prepared: a true explosion of flavors that will stay in your heart. Thank you, Simona, we will always have wonderful memories of you and your shop... but invite us to eat at her mother's house, it's a dream! ❤️

30/06/2025: We were just 6 to eat some puccia sandwiches, the owner was very kind and very thoughtful, she only had two puccie and sent a friend of hers to the baker to get more so she could satisfy us all, because we all wanted the puccie. Malt sandwiches well filled, seasoned and served hot, an apotheosis for our palates, thanks to her and I recommend her to everyone if you pass by those parts.

12/02/2025: Perfect for both lunch and dinner. A wide selection of hot and cold ready-made dishes. Freshly fried cutlets, spit-roasted chicken... Plus focaccia and pizza, wood-fired bread, and a wide variety of vegetables and cheeses at the counter. Wine and groceries are also available. In short, everything is here: delicious and very friendly, just minutes from Santa Cesarea Terme. Closes at 1:30 PM and reopens in the afternoon until 8:30 PM. It saved and spoiled us during our August vacation in Vitigliano.
