One of Lecce's little gems. Went there on our hosts recommendation and what a result! Good rustic fayre at a reasonable price. It's very busy and popular with locals and tourists alike. Both pasta dishes we had were house prepared and delightfully unique. A good and reasonably priced wine list and friendly professional staff. We were very happy and "molto pieno" after our meal. We will be back 😊

We had Ciceri e Tria and the house wine. The house wine had a noticeable acidity at first sip, but it was a refreshing flavor that never got boring—it was delicious. This was my first time trying Ciceri e Tria, which is described as a “Tipico Leccese.” I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I really enjoyed the contrast between the fried and boiled pasta, along with the simple, rustic flavors of the chickpeas and garlic.

We had lunch at this restaurant, which is recommended in the 2026 edition of the Routard guide. The fritura completa was excellent, as was the house red wine. A must-try!

The only osteria I've been to twice in one week. Although they've adjusted the menu prices by 1-2 euros per course in just five days, it remains a benchmark for value and quality. The staff is friendly and professional. We've always dined outside, but I think the experience would be better if you sit inside and enjoy the more intimate atmosphere.
