We've visited this restaurant several times. The service has always been excellent, the food delicious, and the location, in the city center, is very convenient.
Aside from a small discrepancy in the bill, probably due to a simple error, I can recommend this restaurant. It offers authentic cuisine and a truly pleasant atmosphere.

A gem of a restaurant in the heart of Salento, where we discovered and appreciated the authentic flavors of Puglia. The owner, along with the extremely friendly staff, welcomes you and pleasantly guides you through the excellent cuisine. An excellent selection of local wines accompanies your meal. This is our favorite spot on our vacation, and we can't wait to return!

Had dinner a few days ago at this place recommended by friends. The atmosphere was very charming and quaint. To start, a series of truly delicious appetizers, though it's a shame the portions weren't enough for everyone.
The first courses were very good: spaghetti with smoked anchovies, roasted tomatoes, and truly delicious yellow datterini tomatoes. The sagne ritorte with grouper and the ones with ricotta and meatballs were also very good.
The homemade desserts were delicious, especially the ricotta and berry cake and the cheesecake.

Excellent hospitality and excellent cuisine. Last night's tasting menu was truly extraordinary. Refined dishes. Everything excellent, as always. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, with professional, yet reliable and discreet staff. It's a restaurant where, even if you go often, you always find new, delicious, unique, and refined dishes. Not to mention Fabio, who always welcomes you with kindness and a smile. I go back as often as I can.
