16/07/2025: It's not a "utopia"! Kindness and courtesy, excellent service. The quality and deliciousness of the dishes offered respects local tradition. We had already tried the pasticciotto and rustico: a delight! We've never eaten anything so good. Last night we went for dinner, from the starter to the dessert, everything was perfect! 23/08/2025: Beautiful location in a typical Salento square. Friendly but distracted staff. Excellent and well-paired appetizers. The first courses were disappointing. The spaghetti with sea urchin was completely tasteless. The menu was very varied but the prices were too Milanese. The Gallipoli pink prawns were 9 euros each. At first, we thought it was the main course, but when we asked how many pieces were included, we were told 9 euros each (I understand that the price depends on availability, but it would have been better to recommend something else). The idea is that of a Salento-style tourist trap. It's a shame, because the foundation is there to do better.

16/08/2025: Enchanting location, dining in a wonderful and characteristic Salento square. The wait staff is highly competent and the kitchen service is very fast. I would have expected to spend more for two people, but instead it was €93 for one appetizer, two first courses, and one second course, with one bottle of wine worth €20. It all depends on what you eat and, above all, what you drink. Overall, a super positive experience.

10/09/2025: For three years now, we've been using this hotel to organize an event that hosts several people with disabilities. The two rooms we use (but the hotel, if I'm not mistaken, has six), based on the understanding that everyone has different needs, are truly designed for wheelchair users. The spaces are spacious and allow for comfortable, unobstructed movement. These features make for a safe and comfortable stay. The common areas are also easily accessible. The staff was extremely helpful, always ready to help with kindness and respect. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive facility: here, accessibility for people with mobility disabilities is not a minor detail, but a priority.

12/09/2025: I'm usually quite wary of trying out unfamiliar pizzerias, but reading the menu piqued my interest with the "Puglia" pizza. My expectations were more than met: the pizza was truly fabulous! We had a pleasant evening and a delicious dinner. The friendly staff made the experience even better. This place is definitely worth a visit.

We ate well, the place is very unique, the young woman who served us was very kind and courteous, but the worst part was when we went to pay. The prices we saw on the menu didn't match what the lady charged us. And in my opinion, that's a serious matter, very serious... the lady refunded us the extra money we'd paid, compared to the menu, and apologized, saying the menus were from last year. Yes, okay, you could be wrong, but we went to eat on September 22nd, the season is well and truly over, and the menus should have been new for a while now... Anyway, I want to believe in the lady's good faith, hoping it only happened to us.

Despite the quality of the ingredients, the service leaves much to be desired, with acquaintances being favored over tourists. If they were more attentive to service, the place would be much more worthy. Overall, everything was good, with acceptable wait times.

29/09/2025: Dinner with my wife. On the manager's recommendation, we ordered a traditional appetizer, followed by a pasta dish with clams and shrimp, four-cheese gnocchi, and a good white wine. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Recommended.

19/09/2025: Truly terrible service… A week ago, I went to this place with some friends. To find out if it would be possible to spend the evening there, we called that evening: they said we could easily arrive at 9:45 PM. So my friends and I showed up at that time, but as soon as we entered, they told us we'd have to wait "a bit," as the table we were supposed to have was currently occupied… occupied by people celebrating a birthday. So we decided to wait patiently outside, where, incidentally, there were already other people waiting for another table to become available. I won't deny that my friends and I were tempted to leave and look for another place to spend the evening, because the wait was getting longer and longer. Finally, after an hour and a quarter of waiting outside, they finally sat us at a table. We ordered pizzas, and after a while, they arrived at our table. Unfortunately, I have to say that some of the pizzas we ordered weren't the best, so they weren't even worth the wait... When it came time to pay, my friends and I decided to pay the Roman way. The problem? When splitting the bill, the owner of the restaurant wanted to round up the amount, trying to overcharge us. We were shocked: not only did they make us wait over an hour for a table, but they actually wanted to charge us more than we'd paid, emphasizing that "to apologize" for the inconvenience, they didn't even offer us a small discount, as we expected... Needless to say, we were all very disappointed with this place and the service, which was, to say the least, poor. We will never return, as it's simply not worth it.
