05/08/2024: If you want a fantastic imperial pizza 🍕 you absolutely have to go to Cullemeto to maestro Cosimino. His already excellent pizzas have improved a lot in recent years with the addition of special doughs with alternative flours and very high quality ingredients. Together with his faithful collaborator they churn out pizzas in record time. Legend has it that he also worked and learned something as a chef jaguar who taught him the step that helps him be faster. Reservation is mandatory. The only negative is that the pizzas are too good and therefore you are obliged to return. Highly recommended

Un'atmosfera molto raffinata in un contesto originale, buona musica e delle persone squisite e sorridenti che servono dei gustosissimi cocktails e vari aperitivi. Grande giardino in estate attrezzato con poltrone e divani confortevoli e tanto verde. Sono serviti diversi e succulenti menù a cominciare dalle hors-d'œuvre, sushis, sushi-mi, pletanze locali tradizione fino agli ottimi desserts. Buona scelta di vini e digestivi diversi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da conoscere assolutamente.

05/06/2024: I was with my wife and a couple of friends, we had dinner in a historic and very welcoming environment, we opted for a tasting of various appetizers and first courses, all cooked to perfection (the chef's word) and the wine, a rosé primitivo, was also excellent cold at the right point, as for the bill I don't know since it was offered by friends, highly recommended, to return for sure 👍👍👍

17/10/2024: Anna, Saverio and Italo with their donkey Ciccio, their sheep, their goats, the peacocks, the geese and their hospitality made our overnight stay and our dinner a beautiful memory. We arrived here by camper asking if we could have dinner and stay for the night, not only were they welcoming and positive, they made us feel like family. Mrs Anna cooks divinely and delighted us with her dishes which keep tradition intact, Saverio entertained us with his vitality and friendliness, this morning it was hard to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart

16/11/2024: This place is very beautiful, full of architectural structures. The service is very good, the waiters are nice. The food is spectacular, handcrafted and with good quality raw materials. So I recommend it at all costs if you want to spend a nice evening in good company.

05/10/2024: I only attended one wedding, which is why I can't give an opinion on the rooms. a beautiful location, excellent food and a good welcome... but I find myself having to give 4 stars (maybe even less) because it is absurd that in 2024 there will be no possibility of connecting to a Wi-Fi given the absence of signal in site. ..which nullifies what has been organized for the bride and groom and makes everything more uncomfortable.. I would recommend a solution to provide a complete and satisfactory service

10/08/2024: The stay got off to a bad start when at 10 a.m. we were called to tell us that there was a problem with the room even though we had booked for months. Big bout of stress which was quickly resolved. However, I remain skeptical about our room which was not the one we had chosen. A little disappointed. There are a few points to improve. The air conditioning is too noisy. Apart from the air conditioning, there is machine noise day and night. The fridge is not cold enough. The toilet is not practical with the shower stuck to it. The room remains spacious and pleasant. Small private terrace in front. Nothing to say about the services offered really at the top. lingerie restaurant swimming pool. Everything was perfect. The staff very helpful and pleasant. A little extra for the very kind breakfast staff. Despite everything, I recommend this place which remains very pleasant and quiet in a small village 4km from Otranto.
