25/01/2026: Orecchiette alla leccese, horsemeat stew with tomato sauce... It's practically like eating at your mom's or grandma's 😅. Rich flavors and generous portions, super-fast service, and a friendly atmosphere guaranteed. And the profiterole was a fitting end to a low-cost lunch (€20 per person) topped off with the joy of seeing so many young people working hard to give customers the best possible experience. I'll be back.

20/09/2025: You can't get a more authentic and authentic taste of Italy than this. The restaurant is simple, yet so authentic that you'd think you were in an Italian commercial about the Dolce Vita. The food is absolutely fantastic and truly superb down to the smallest detail. The restaurant is the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying on my trip through Italy this year. This restaurant is a dream for every gourmet and Italy lover.

10/09/2025: Unpretentious atmosphere, attentive and informal service, managed by a host who guarantees authenticity. The chalkboard menu suggests home-cooked cuisine with fresh, interchangeable ingredients, and expectations are fully met. Excellent value for money. The best dinner I've had in Taviano.

10/03/2026: The quality of the food on the menu has improved significantly recently, compared to the beginning several years ago. This location offers the opportunity to celebrate any type of ceremony, beautiful both in the winter, indoors, and on summer evenings.

14/03/2026: Why did I give it 3 stars when everything else was excellent?!! An elderly couple, ignoring basic good manners, blared their smartphones and made video calls in a place where background music and quiet were essential to me until a few minutes ago, ruining my enjoyment of an "Elvira" pizza. Disrespect is a sign of an inability to transcend one's own personal interests for the benefit of others, ignoring the presence of diners seeking tranquility. I reported this incident to the head waiter, who replied that it's become a habit. No! I disagree because the rules of good manners, when not expressed spontaneously, should be the rules of a place with such qualities as the ambiance, music, and quality of its products. In short, such behavior by some patrons should not be underestimated by the managers of this place, and I strongly advise them to set rules for their staff so that such rude habits are immediately "suppressed."

26/02/2026: The place is a nice renovated place, very nice, the pizza is not the pizza I expected, it is a simple pizza that can be made very well at home with little topping and also quite expensive, the oven is a gas oven and not a wood oven and the pizza is very far from the classic and unique Neapolitan pizza.... In the photos that you see the pizza, it is not that one

Their antipasto la on a buffet: you get to choose among some 30 different things - marinated fish, fried veggies, meatballs etc. etc. Try the cozze alla salentina (stewed mussels in a lightly hot tomato sauce): for 5€, you almost get a full dinner!

16/10/2025: A quiet and welcoming place where pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven. There's space inside and also a terrace outside. Three times in two weeks and I've tried almost everything. Good quality and very pleasant staff. A good address in Taviano.

09/09/2025: A place with good reviews, and for good reason. We ventured in without a reservation. The owner is a wonderful person; he told us he lived in Bari many years ago (my hometown), and he recommended some dishes, and they were truly delicious. Finally, he recommended some local desserts (spumoni or something similar), which were a kind of gelato, truly delicious.

06/10/2025: A lovely location, a typical hotel dining room, but very well-maintained. The staff is professional and courteous. The cuisine deserves special praise: for the presentation of the dishes, the abundance, but above all for the quality and exquisite preparation of each dish! We'll definitely have to return to try other dishes, as the menu offers such an interesting selection.
