My friends and I went to Ostrica Ubriaca in Lecce and we were truly impressed. The quality of the fish is excellent: fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented in every dish. You can immediately sense the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and their preparation. Another strong point is definitely the staff: friendly, helpful, and always attentive without being intrusive. They helped make the experience even more enjoyable. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves good fish and attentive service. We'll be back!
