A trattoria in the historic center, with decor that harks back to the times the restaurant's name suggests. They say a good start to the day begins, and that was true from the moment we were greeted by the waiter. The dishes served only to confirm the restaurant's reputation. The cuisine satisfied every request, and we were able to sample the quality of the dishes and the chef's professionalism, both for the first and second courses. Special thanks to the owner for both his helpfulness and his hospitality.

I've been to countless places, but here I had one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The dough is easy to digest and delicious, and the toppings are incredibly rich. The atmosphere is clean, the wait times are very short, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It definitely deserves five stars!

It gets a bit noisy when there's a large table of Italians. 🤭😂

Everything was simply delicious! From the first course to the last, Ristoro dei Templari in Lecce was a real surprise. The meatballs were flavorful and tender, the pizza was light, tasty, and made with quality ingredients, and the tiramisu was a fitting end to a perfect meal: creamy, balanced, and truly irresistible.
The service also deserves a special mention: attentive, friendly, and fast, it helped make the experience even more enjoyable.
