An experience perhaps out of the norm given that we were practically the only ones except for a table inside. The service is very attentive and punctual, perfect timing in the arrival of the dishes. The quality of the food fully justifies the prices, perhaps the raw tasting is a little expensive.
Both the selection of starters and first courses were excellent. I recommend the spaghetti with mussels and clams, very tasty. The version with purple prawn and truffle is less successful, the delicate flavor of the prawn is covered by the truffle. All in all I would happily go back to try the other dishes!

It has been a truly wonderful experience to be at the ‘Pettolino’ and taste one of the most famous dishes belonging to the local tradition, the ‘tubettini con la cernia’. If you’re planning visit Salento, you must try this amazing delicacy, made with a mix of a traditional type of pasta and one of the most delicious fishes caught in their sea, along with a fresh cherry tomatoes sauce in which the fish is cooked. Adding some fresh grated black pepper, you will go for one of the most incredible culinary experiences ever, immersing yourself in the authentic local flavors at the same time.

We spent a wonderful evening in a nice and welcoming environment. The dishes, from starters to desserts, are exquisite and refined. Very good pizza. The staff was very kind and attentive to our requests. The only flaw was the service was a little too hasty, they took away our cutlery with the food still on our plates, perhaps a little too much!!!

Überraschend sehr gutes Essen und sehr nette Bediehnung. Das Lokal im renovierten und schön ausgestatteten Palazzo hat eine gute Stimmung. Süditalien im Winter ist ein Genuss: Mildes Klima, wenige Touristen und die Italienner sind relaxed, gastfreundlich und haben Zeit.

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante molte volte. Pizza discreta: l'impasto è buono, gli ingredienti di buona qualità (anche se l'altra sera la mozzarella di bufala non era fresca!). Anche la cucina non è male, anche se a tratti troppo sofisticata.
Personale gentile, location gradevole.
Prezzi medio-alti, in linea con quelli della zona.
Voto complessivo 7. Un posto dove torno sempre con piacere perché so di andare sul sicuro.

Loved the beautiful palace where we enjoyed our food, but at the same time I was a bit sad there wasn't a table available on the terrace. So if you want to enjoy your dinner outside, make sure to have a reservation.
I ordered the fish tartare as a starter, which was excellent. The pasta we had as a main course was equally as good. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our food.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely eat here again.
Tip: The toilet is locked by a code, so ask a staff member for the code before you go to the toilet.
