Let's start with the fact that the food is delicious. The staff is always friendly, quick to serve, and available to answer any questions. Pericle also knows how to recommend dishes perfectly, making you feel immediately at ease and enjoying his wonderful dishes. The atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable, and in the summer you can also eat outside in the square, where you can admire the beautiful historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: SPECCHIA. I highly recommend it and would love to return 👍👍👍

Simple yet fantastic atmosphere. Traditional Salento inland menu. Meat from their own butcher shop. Flavors that evoke memories of childhood in Salento. Reasonable prices.

I stumbled upon it by chance; the room was small but welcoming. It reminded me of the shops of old, where the house and the shop were separated only by a curtain. The meat was good; finally, a skewer that wasn't stringy but was delicious.

14/04/2026: It takes great courage in today's age to insist on traditional things and to teach your children to follow this profession, which is not at all easy! Healthy mother cooking, using only a few ingredients in certain dishes because at one time there were no other ingredients in the cupboard and you needed something to fill your stomach with! Honest dishes with so much history!!!
