Since then, it's become a go-to place for us: we've spent a wedding anniversary there, an Easter lunch, and more...
The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the excellent service have drawn us to this place...
Excellent Sunday lunch and spectacular pizza in the evening. There's so much to choose from, but the quality is always top-notch!

04/04/2026: A week in Puglia. The only place where we felt ripped off regarding the quality/price ratio of the food. Don't be fooled by the 2018 Michelin star! A limited menu, no choice of any kind, and €38 per person without drinks. You pay tourist prices because of the restaurant's location. The most expensive sausages I've ever had!

03/05/2026: I visited Il Giullare restaurant in Conversano and had a truly positive experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease.
The quality of the food is excellent: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors crafted with attention to detail. The attention to detail in both cooking and presentation is clearly evident.
The value for money is also absolutely excellent, in line with what's on offer.
The location is another strong point: welcoming, well-maintained, and pleasant, perfect for both a quiet dinner and special occasions.
Definitely recommended, I'll gladly return!

15/11/2025: Long line, long wait, great expectations, what could be better? It was a classic panzarotto, nothing more than I asked for. The fried food was horrible, it left a bitter taste in my mouth, literally, and the mozzarella wasn't melted. I've had better ones in Bari Vecchia.

29/03/2026: Pizzeria Braceria is definitely recommended, with an extensive menu. The pizza is very good, with a light and digestible dough. The meat is also good, with a few cuts but good quality. Service is relatively quick (considering it was a Saturday), and the staff is friendly and polite. I really enjoyed everything, and we'll definitely be back!

03/05/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant, recommended by local friends. I went there with my wife, and I can confirm it's definitely worth it. The grilled octopus is a real treat. The owners are chefs who know their stuff.

The menu offers a selection of entirely plant-based and animal-based dishes, accompanied by a wide selection of wines.
