Guazzetto is hidden among the alleys of Monopoli. Friendly and helpful staff serve excellent food and generous portions. Pet-friendly for our dog Bruno, an extra bonus!

I've known this little restaurant for several years and hadn't been there for a while. I returned for lunch a few days ago and I have to say it's just as I remembered it: welcoming, kind, and smiling staff (which isn't a given!), very good, traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation and creativity. Fresh ingredients. The dessert selection is also very good, and we were pleased to note their collaboration with Francesco Urbano, a chocolate shop we love and appreciate. The price is proportionate to the quality and quantity. What can I say, it's a confirmation! Intolre is an ideal place for lunch on a busy Sunday in Monopoli because it's located in a quiet, secluded alley. We ate outside and had a truly pleasant experience! Unfortunately, I don't have many photos because I'm not a big fan of taking photos. In any case, I absolutely recommend it!

The meal was excellent, the service acceptable, but the constant movement of the servers around the table made the dining experience a little stressful! You feel rushed and have little time to enjoy yourself. However, the food is excellent! The tuna mille-feuille is amazing, and the tuna steak is delicious! I recommend this restaurant for its flavors!!

Excellent cuisine with superb ingredients and very friendly and attentive service. The sea bass carpaccio and the gnocchi with prawns were divine! Definitely a top restaurant in Puglia!

30/05/2026: A beautiful location in the Noci countryside (use GPS). Ample free parking. Outdoor seating in the garden in summer. Peace and relaxation: the best environment to enjoy food. Excellent service. But above all, Natale: a name that speaks volumes. An experienced chef who carefully selects the ingredients, creating delicious flavor combinations. Super-fresh fish and raw seafood you wouldn't expect in the countryside. A well-stocked wine cellar with fair markups. If you're in the area, perhaps for tourism, avoid the hustle and bustle of crowded and noisy places and seek refuge at "Falco Pellegrino" for an excellent food and wine experience at a fair price.

10/07/2026: My wife and I spent a week in Bari, which, along with its surroundings, we absolutely loved. But our most cherished memories are of Casa Da Paolo. We went for dinner the first night on the recommendation of a friendly local, and incredibly, we ended up going back for lunch and dinner every single day. (Why change something that's perfect?) So much so that after the second dinner, we didn't order anything; the head waiter, Nasir, simply served us whatever he thought appropriate (drinks and dessert included). He introduced us to dishes and desserts we wouldn't have otherwise had the chance to try. The family that owns the restaurant made us feel right at home. The young people who work with Nasir in the dining room were incredibly polite and friendly. The chefs were incredible, and no wonder (all kinds of pasta with unforgettable sauces, fish and seafood so fresh it reminded us of home, the Basque Country). I know I'm rambling on, but I can't help it. Thank you to everyone at Da Paolo, and a very big hug to Nasir. You'll always be in our hearts. Martin.
