16/11/2025: Lunch or dinner at this restaurant is an experience. The food is excellent (every dish is carefully crafted and never improvised or distorted, as is often the case with overly original dishes). The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the service is prompt but never rushed. I will definitely return.

30/11/2025: I visited this restaurant in the province of Bari and was truly impressed. The main dish is pizza, which here reaches the highest standards: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfect cooking. While there are no first courses, the menu offers a small but carefully curated selection of appetizers and main courses, all prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients.
The cuisine harmoniously blends tradition and modernity. A perfect example are the beef meatballs "in pignata" with mixed salad and organic scrambled egg: a simple yet refined dish that I absolutely recommend.
A place that focuses on quality over quantity, and definitely worth a visit.

16/09/2025: Excellent bakery with artisanal products, friendly staff here. You can buy bread, biscuits, normal and wholemeal ones, and excellent focaccias of various types. There is also an excellent take-away kitchen with various preparations. Excellent bakery, I recommend visiting it and tasting excellent products.
14/09/2025: When I went to Bari before returning to my country I always went to this restaurant which was good but the chicken was a bit raw but it doesn't matter they welcomed me kindly but the cleanliness was always dirty

18/10/2025: I'm sorry to give this restaurant such a low rating, as it's cozy and the food is good, but the service is slow, very slow. To give you an idea, it took us two hours to eat and 15 minutes just to get our coffee. There were only two of us.

18/11/2025: How do you ensure a smooth flow as a restaurant? Come see for yourself. Super efficient! We had the last table, so the cordon for the terrace closed, but a table quickly became available and new guests could be welcomed. Service is also fast, and the dishes are served quickly. We didn't feel rushed at all, but we weren't particularly welcome either. We opted for the schiaffoni and the pistacchio pizza. They were good and very tasty. We were on our way again in 30 minutes, perfect if you still want to see something in Polignano or the surrounding area.

07/09/2025: They certainly use quality ingredients and perhaps even a traditional recipe. Unfortunately, however, the taste isn't truly noticeable: the flavors are so delicate that the nougat, hazelnut, gianduja, and coffee ended up tasting almost identical!!!
The line is always long, and they only let in two or three people at a time. A combination of details that makes the experience disappointing, especially considering expectations.

26/11/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch and were immediately pleasantly surprised.
The restaurant is refined and modern, with ample parking and a dining room overlooking the garden.
The owners, including the chef, offered excellent service.
The menu, which is seasonal, was truly delicious from start to finish.
Furthermore, since I'm not a fan of mushrooms, which were prominent on the menu, the chef prepared appetizers for me that didn't contain them without my asking.
An excellent experience, highly recommended!
17/11/2025: I went there for lunch on a Saturday in November 2025, invited to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were about 40 of us. There were no other customers. We sat at a single table, arranged in a U-shape. Excellent food, impeccable service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's in the countryside, just outside Noci, about 40 minutes from Bari. Adequate parking, no problems. A place I wasn't familiar with, but it deserves a mention. My only complaint: the appetizers were a bit too many. Some menu items: 1) Rigatoni with "San Giovanni"-style cod; 2) Burnt Wheat Bark with Turnip Tops and Cardoncelli Mushrooms; 3) Roast Lamb with Potatoes and Mushrooms.

23/10/2025: In the countryside, beautiful stone architecture, clean place, quality traditional Italian cuisine, good local products with flavor and simplicity. Both the specialties and the pizzas, everything is good. We ate very well. Go there, it's worth the detour.

A classic example of how good things come in small packages.
The menu is always up-to-date, not the usual panzerotti you see everywhere. The owners are incredibly kind and immediately put you at ease. Not to mention the hilarious reels they create on social media, which are a joy to watch and give you a sense of the excellent product they offer.
Highly recommended for any type of event, from birthdays, graduations, to after-parties. They're very professional and wonderful at managing everything.
