I visited Il Giullare restaurant in Conversano and had a truly positive experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease.
The quality of the food is excellent: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors crafted with attention to detail. The attention to detail in both cooking and presentation is clearly evident.
The value for money is also absolutely excellent, in line with what's on offer.
The location is another strong point: welcoming, well-maintained, and pleasant, perfect for both a quiet dinner and special occasions.
Definitely recommended, I'll gladly return!

Excellent value for money, generous portions, and well-cooked. The indoor dining area is small and always packed. They have a very pleasant terrace for the summer. The waiters could be a bit friendlier, but the food makes up for it.

Welcoming location. Fast service, courteous and knowledgeable waiters. Delicious appetizers and fantastic first courses. So large that two could eat. We had the first course of the day with scampi, mussels, clams, and yellow date tomatoes and were pleasantly surprised. It's not the first time we've been here and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Particularly tasty and plentiful food for a very good price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We came in the winter and sat inside, where it was very cozy. The sweet house red wine is highly recommended!

I tried the set menu for dinner (three appetizers, a first course, and a drink), but perhaps I should have skipped lunch because the portions were more than generous. I finished my portion because it would have been a shame to waste such a delicious dish!
