Excellent cuisine in a very beautiful location at the foot of the castle. Troccoli carbonara that would be the envy of many Roman restaurants. To return without a doubt.

We ate dishes made with quality products and made with passion. The service was particularly careful with the presentation of the dishes. The €50 menu is very well served. We'll come back there. Thank you very much for this experience.

I went with my boyfriend for dinner, we ate a platter of cold cuts and cheeses for two, a court lady (clams, white wine, parsley) and another first course made with pesto, clams and cherry tomatoes, we paid €46. Very nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. RECOMMENDED🔝

Il posto giusto al momento giusto. Massimo, il proprietario è il perfetto padrone di casa! Abbiamo mangiato degli antipasti ottimi e dei primi SPETTACOLARI. Il locale è molto originale e accogliente. Siamo capitati qui per caso ma ci torneremo sicuramente! Non concludete il pranzo senza lo SPORCAMUSS! NA BOMB! Giampaolo, Francesca, Antonio e Marica (con il bebè)

Ho conosciuto questo ristorante 3 anni fa e da allora ogni volta che vado in Puglia ci devo andare... Un locale bellissimo e particolare situato in un castello uno staff gentilissimo e Massimo un titolare che e un SIGNORE a tutti gli effetti con la sua simpatia, gentilezza e professionalità lo consiglio assolutamente.. anche se c'è l'attesa ne vale veramente la pena..

01/03/2024: A few words ..... flavours, aromas and delicious dishes of the past prepared with care, dedication and professionalism by a chef certainly with uncommon skills .... Wood-fired pizza with mother-leavened dough, highly digestible, assembled with excellent local products. We tasted the Apulian cavatelli which I invite you to try because they are truly absolute superlatives... Very low prices...Good wine and drink list....Highly recommend.....
