Large place, reservations recommended. One Saturday night we waited two hours for pizza; the next time they were there they were quicker. The atmosphere is a bit noisy. Good pizza: recommended.

There is usually no available tables and the wait is quite long. We waited at least half an hour for 4 pizzas to go. The pizzas themselves were ok but nothing special, I dare even say mediocre... Would not be visiting this place a second time!

We've been getting takeout pizza from here for countless years, never had any problems, and the pizza has always been good. However, since reopening, we've noticed an excessive price increase. I understand the renovation, but paying €35 for takeout for two pizzas and two cannolis seems a bit excessive, especially considering the pizzas are the same size as before. We're very disappointed 😔

Anyone who loves Neapolitan pizza will be in heaven here. The antipasti and desserts are also authentically simple and delicious. The ambiance is very basic, with polyrattan chairs and neon lighting, and the service is friendly.

03/05/2026: I visited Il Giullare restaurant in Conversano and had a truly positive experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. The quality of the food is excellent: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and flavors crafted with attention to detail. The attention to detail in both cooking and presentation is clearly evident. The value for money is also absolutely excellent, in line with what's on offer. The location is another strong point: welcoming, well-maintained, and pleasant, perfect for both a quiet dinner and special occasions. Definitely recommended, I'll gladly return!
