03/06/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the particular menu but I must say that the homemade gnocchi seasoned with bagna cauda surprised me, they are delicious!! Quality home cooking, excellent service and the waitress or owner, I don't know, is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

24/05/2025: Cozy no-frills tavern, clean environment, punctual service and clear communication, simple but genuine cuisine with a Piedmontese touch with an eye for local ingredients, such as the wines which are excellent and locally produced. Excellent impression!

13/07/2025: I gave the food 4 stars, because the pizzas are good anyway. I have to say, one of my favorite pizzerias, until tonight... Something happened!! I can't explain it otherwise. We called to ask if they were doing a pizza round for three, and they said yes; we made a reservation. The waitress comes to the table. Having already mentioned that we were doing a pizza round, she takes our drink order. We tell her that for the pizzas, all ingredients are fine except onion, garlic, and tuna. When we had our second pizza, picking up our plates, she asked us if we wanted to continue... (at least one pizza each, since there were three of us!!!) Long story short, the third pizza came with 1/2 peppers and anchovies and 1/2 tuna and onions. The fourth came with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 onions and garlic. I point out that for the second time, they brought us onion, this time with added garlic, and in response I hear, "No, there's no garlic here, there's only onion." ??? What kind of response is that? If someone at the table can't eat these ingredients... don't put them in, otherwise, why would you have asked me in the first place, as soon as we sat down?!!! Luckily, everything I couldn't eat was eaten by someone else at the table. If it had been up to me, I would have sent them back. Out of 4 pizzas, 2 were wrong. Not to mention the chipped water glass and the dead mosquito on the "clean" plate they brought us while we were waiting for our pizzas. I understand that when you're working, something inappropriate can happen... but too many things, no, it's not right!!

10/07/2025: The best pizza in the Canavese area (actually, I've only had better in Naples), and the chiacchiere and gelato are also noteworthy! Excellent service and prices. Highly recommended.

I chose the dish of the day proposed by the chef: very fresh seafood, well-balanced flavors and a presentation taken care of in the smallest details. The service was also excellent: the chef was very attentive and kind, explaining the dishes with passion and attention. The environment is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for those who want to enjoy an excellent dinner calmly. The price is right for the quality of the food and the service. An excellent quality-price ratio. I highly recommend a visit to anyone who is in the area. And of course, a hug from Brazil to all the staff at Osteria Civassa! 🇧🇷

24/06/2025: An extraordinary experience with the family at Tiffany Bistrot in Turin. Great professionalism and kindness of Sabino di Muro, the owner from Puglia. All the dishes are carefully prepared by Anna Specchio, the chef, with the freshest, highest quality products. An informal atmosphere, in the Santa Rita area, in Mirafiori Nord, southern Turin. Excellent wine list. The plateau of very fresh oysters, shrimp, tuna, sea bream, scampi and truffles is wonderful. The mixed fried fish and the selection of mixed carpaccios are delicious. The crostone with tuna carpaccio, burrata and Tropea onion is extraordinary. I will be back very soon.

19/06/2025: Went today for lunch because my wife had been eyeing it for a long time based on reviews on social media. Booked at 11 for 12. Nice and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent food and a great selection of wines. The strong point in our opinion is that they focus on quality rather than quantity of customers. Few seats and open only for lunch, so you can focus on the needs of the diners. Excellent experience: 2 appetizers and a first course of clams and bottarga. Fresh and tasty fish. We will return to try the other dishes.

19/06/2025: If you search on Google "best ice cream shop in Turin" you certainly won't find this, incredible thing that makes you understand how the famous ice cream shops in the center are just "names". This is one of the best ice cream shops I've tried, the owner shows passion and competence in what he does. Excellent ice lollies, yogurt, and fruit flavors.

27/03/2025: Excellent food, nothing to say. A small criticism that I allow myself to make (only because I also work in catering) is that if you don't have a full staff, in my opinion you shouldn't seat more people than you can serve, otherwise the service will suffer. It's a bit unpleasant to enter the restaurant and immediately find the diners a few centimeters from the door. But I will definitely come back for takeaway because the food is really good!

25/06/2025: Our first encounter with fine dining outside of Scandinavia was at Unforgettable, ten seats at a counter, four chefs, an intern and a sommelier, all under 30. The oldest is Stefano, the head chef, 29, who gave me his precious time with a chat between the two of us where he told me he still feels like a student. What a marvel. The menu itself was exceptional, it legitimizes the concept that pastry should only be sweet and only at the end of the meal. From the savory petite pâtisserie of the aperitif, to the crème brûlée of tomato water and bruschetta distillate, to the most extraordinary tagliolini of my life, and a masterful juice pairing... Talent, wonderful flavors, very young hands that create, a more than deserved star.
