23/02/2025: Interesting hotel with impressive spiral central hall to full height but does mean can be a bit noisy. Some nice art deco details add character but some of the interior is a bit tired. However our rooms were perfectly clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great food - both breakfasts and evening meal we enjoyed the variety.

12/02/2025: The location is nice (few minutes walking from the town center and ski lifts) and there is a nice lobby. Service was mostly kind but not always helpful - see below. The restaurant can get quite noisy and would benefit greatly from some sound dampening (like at least putting some dampening foam underneath tables and chairs and add some curtains) and even though there is a huge selection of mostly very nice food there are hardly any proper vegetarian options (plenty of meatless options but very limited sources for protein - which is much needed on a skiing trip). In our room (no 201) the bathroom floor including shower area is completely levelled and entirely floods as soon as the slower is turned on. The only solution they could offer us for that issue was to give us some extra towels to dry the floor - which would then sometimes be taken away (and not replaced) by housekeeping so we had to go and ask for new ones several times. The shower also did not get particularly warm. Also several times I was woken up around 7 by cleaning staff in the hallways using a machine that primarily seemed like a mobile air raid siren - and possibly also removed some dust as a side effect.

19/02/2025: Best service, Best food. It was a very good experience. The taste, the vibes , the wine, oh my god!!! It is a must when you come to this region. This year is the second time when we were here and is the best. Good prices, best service. Definitely we will come another time.

20/01/2025: Locale grazioso con arredamento tipico da osteria di montagna. In sala il sug.Renzo molto cordiale, di una certa età un po' confusionario. Cibo buono anche se non eccellente, sinceramente avevo aspettative più alte. Porzioni sicuramente non da osteria ma da ristorante come anche i prezzi che tra l altro non si sanno fino al momento di pagare il conto in quanto non c'è un menù, le pietanze vengono elencate velocemente dal cameriere ...cosa a dir poco antipatica e non corretta. Vale una cena se si alloggia a Pragelato solo perché forse in zona non c'è di meglio ...non tornerei certo volutamente .

25/01/2025: Sophisticated environment and superior service.... But perhaps everything is a little out of place if placed inside a shopping centre... Yet in elegant Turin there is also room for all of this! High level service, excellent coffee and aperitif... As well as desserts! You have to pay for table service and that's... But maybe not in a shopping center.... The choice is yours...

01/01/2025: Very tasty poke and ready in a normal time, despite the amount of work during the evening rush hour. I recommend Volcano sauce to spicy lovers. Highly approved!

08/12/2024: Pacifik Poke is a real gem! I enjoyed a delicious poke bowl, prepared with very fresh and perfectly balanced ingredients. The service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and truly special customer attention, especially from the blonde girl at the counter, very kind and professional. I will definitely be back!

08/01/2025: Clean hotel, good atmosphere, supermarket nearby. They need to light up the outside more because it is very dark, if you are going out at night, be extra careful. We had dinner there, a wonderful pizza and a fantastic tiramisu for dessert. Breakfast was very simple but the lady in charge was great. I recommend it.

03/02/2025: Consigliato da un amico, siamo stati in questo grazioso ristorante per cena. Personale gentilissimo e proprietaria carinissima. Gentile, sempre presente e simpatica. Abbiamo preso un due cruditè di pesce molto abbondanti e freschissimi, 3 primi (Tagliolino al granchio) e una orata al cartoccio. Consigliatissimo

03/02/2025: Che dire? Un ristorante fantastico! Personale eccezionale! Ma SOPRATTUTTO UN MENU DI ALTISSIMA QUALITÀ... Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia ( dalla Sardegna) per festeggiare i miei 50 anni. Grazie alla splendida accoglienza è stata una serata indimenticabile! La disponibilità del personale, la loro allegria ha reso ancora tutto più bello! Grazie di cuore Signora Lia... Per tutto, ma soprattutto per l'altissima qualità di tutto quello che abbiamo degustato!.. PS ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. RITORNEREMO!

07/04/2024: I have come several times and the staff is hospitable, you always feel at home. Furthermore, the food is good, especially the Piedmontese classics such as agnolotti! I highly recommend it

31/03/2024: Had lunch today with an Easter menu at €40 each, 3 starters, a first course, a second course with side dish, colomba with custard which was actually mascarpone cream, coffee! As a second course there was the porchetta! We were asked if it was possible to replace it with a non-pork steak or something but we were told that this was not intended! We discover that the table next to us is served a chicken breast instead of porchetta, a request made directly at the table! After paying and thanking them for the equal service we reminded the staff of our last visit!

03/02/2025: Remind the customers who pick up your awful food to respect the environment by not throwing your containers in the middle of the parking lots or in the middle of the street, I also remind you that there is a highway code to respect

18/01/2025: Peggior mc donald’s in cui sia mai stato,cibo vecchio di giorni, patatine fritte dure e secche,donuts vecchio,secco, vado a chiedere se il cibo era vecchio e la commessa con un gesto mi fa capire che effettivamente è cosi, chiedo di sostituirmi il donuts e quello nuovo era uguale a quello che era stato sostituito,brioches alla marmellata che di marmellata manco si vedeva…che dire mai più mc donald’s di nichelino.

17/01/2025: I booked 2 and 258 kg of cake and paid an absurd price! That is €115 What you wouldn't believe... I attach photos! €51 per kg. Shocked Never again!

18/01/2025: On the TOO GOOD TO GO application the restaurant makes available the remainders which must be DAILY and MIXED according to the application regulations, however it is not written anywhere on their profile that they are all exclusively old sweets, not even of the day, and above all INEDIBLE. The bags are of 3 types, small, medium, large, we took the large one because the photo clearly shows salty remnants whereas they are EXCLUSIVELY sweet (hence the photo is misleading). If the intent of the application is advertising, you have given yourself terrible publicity! THE BAGS SOLD AT THE COST OF 5 EUROS ARE NOT GARBAGE BAGS INTENDED FOR WET STORAGE! Incorrect, never again, neither in bag nor in person!

31/12/2024: I have been going to this Burger King for years and I have always accepted anything and every situation because I believe that those who work deserve respect, but today I think I'm tired of sketching and pretending nothing happened, today I ordered the parmesan sandwich with flakes and bacon and onions it is true that legend has it that the photos of the sandwiches do not reflect reality but 3 and I mean 3 in number flakes of parmesan cheese 2 and I mean 2 onions placed on a cross and 1 and I mean 1 wafer of bacon and a demonstration of those who have no passion and desire to do their job well, this time I perceived all the arrogance of those who prepare sandwiches and throw things in with the thought of who the fuck gives a damn, I don't think it's the fault of the owners or of those manages it but only by the arrogant one who prepared the sandwich without caring about those who make sacrifices even to afford to eat a sandwich, but even if this review will be of no use I hope that at least it can make those who bring their children realize not to settle and complain, if not you want to work well stay at home. SHAME ON YOU I am increasingly convinced that the difference is made by those who work there, today 31,12,24 I congratulate those who made wonderful sandwiches at 12.30 so we need to carefully evaluate who gets to work. Thank you

28/12/2024: We ordered to take away, except for the fact that the girl had forgotten to put the ice cream in the soufflé, we noticed it and we told her, except that she put the ice cream on top and threw everything into a small bag without a lid or something else, then throwing everything randomly into the bag

04/02/2025: Great food, fast service and friendly staff. I spent €15 for a first course, a second course with side dish, a quarter of wine and coffee! I absolutely recommend it!

24/01/2025: Nice self-service restaurant, spacious, with a wide choice of hot or cold dishes, including vegetarian ones. Perfect for a lunch break. The staff is very kind.
