16/07/2025: We went to Mac on Monday, but we couldn't use the kiosk. A girl stepped in, saw us struggling, and gave us instructions. I paid attention to her name, and her name is Nicole, super kind and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised. We'll definitely be back.

13/07/2025: One of the worst McDonald's I've ever tried. Long wait times, poorly managed orders, and missing items. I won't be back.

27/05/2025: Was on a business trip for 2 nights. Clean and spacious rooms, very very courteous staff and pleasant stay. Location- perfect- 2 min walk from Porta Susa. Overall 5/5.

19/05/2025: The hotel is close to Porta Susa station in an excellent location, very convenient to the subway and bus stops, about 15/20 minutes walk from the main squares, about 25 minutes to Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The breakfast, even for celiacs, is good and all the staff are extremely kind. The rooms, a little dated, are quite small, but the beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is excellent and there is also a safe and a minibar. The rooms that do not overlook Via Cernaia are much preferable, rather noisy, especially for the trolleybuses that run from early in the morning. The bathroom is small and without a window but the shower cubicle is large with a shower, a rare thing, really powerful. The efficiency of the extractor fan could be improved. The price paid was very good, Euro 302.80 for two nights with two adults and a thirteen year old boy. However, it should be taken into account that the amount also depends on the period and the advance payment in the booking. I, who had already been there in the past, will definitely return and recommend it as a rational and convenient solution for short stays in this beautiful city. Location and price are its main advantages.

29/05/2025: I've never had a salad made with the pizza line (mozzarella, tuna, ham, olives)... :-) but overall it wasn't that bad. Otherwise the prices are good, the service is fast and the girls in the dining room are very smart and kind.

26/04/2025: Ieri sera, io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo ristorante-pizzeria senza prenotazione. Fin da subito siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità da una ragazza, Adriana, che ci ha messi subito a nostro agio. Inizialmente avevamo pensato di mangiare una pizza, ma grazie alla bravura e alla simpatia di Adriana, che ci ha saputo consigliare con entusiasmo il menù della cucina, abbiamo deciso di affidarci ai suoi suggerimenti. Abbiamo iniziato con il loro Antipasto Otranto davvero eccezionale, ricco di sapori e curato nei dettagli. A seguire, una frittura di pesce e un'orata semplicemente perfette, cotte al punto giusto e di qualità eccellente. Voglio fare i complimenti non solo per l’ottimo cibo, ma soprattutto per il servizio impeccabile e la professionalità dimostrata. Ancora tanti complimenti: ci torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent service: friendly and professional I ate an excellent lunch with quick times and a quiet and fresh environment. Cheap prices and good quality. To keep as a reference when you are in Ivrea and the surrounding area.

21/03/2025: The staff are fantastic only let down by ‘mateo’ he was very rude really ruined the whole pub to be honest.

04/03/2025: Great après ski bar - great bands and DJ’s… the staff are fantastic and serve you at table so beer keeps flowing. They also throw in nibbles too which is just what you need after a great day skiing

09/07/2025: I used to be a regular, but recently the quality has dropped dramatically. The brioche is disappointing, tasteless, dry, and I doubt it's even artisanal and baked daily. The cakes are awful, and the prices aren't that low. It's a shame about this decline; you used to be a staple in Turin, but not anymore.
